Great place to live! I had no problems during the duration of my stay at the complex. On-site management and maintenance meets all expectations. If there was a problem or concern you will have no problem reaching management. Pest control provided if you want. Price and accommodations are exceptional. A quiet place to live and very clean property. Neighbors are quiet and mindful as well. Management will work with you through any problems you may have. They know things happen in life and are very reasonable and professional individuals. Amazon locker units for deliveries even tho I’ve walked past packages that were left by doors for days until my neighbors arrived back home. Security patrols the complex even tho in my opinion it’s not required. Safe and comfortable place rather your single or have a small family. Maggie is amazing.

As a first time renter I am so grateful that my first apartment is a Jacqueline place, the community is clean, the apartment is great and the service is amazing. Maggie is just awesome we are grateful for all her help.

Ramon is the best ! Lived here for 3 years never had any major issues and the little things that needed work Eric the maintenance guy fixed them promptly, (thank you Eric for all that you do ) you just text them and they get back to you pretty fast, they do pest control often so never had roaches , plenty of parking at any time of the day, pretty safe for the area, overall a good place to live in the area.

This complex is by far the best apartment complex ever! I normally stay just 1 year at apartment complexes but this is the first time I’ve signed to another year. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends too!

I just recently signed a lease agreement with Maggie here and I have to say. This has been the MOST pleasant experience leasing and viewing properties. Maggie is incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful in every step of the process. She listened to our needs carefully and made sure that we got everything we wanted. I recently moved into this complex. My experience from the beginning has be fantastic. The staff is great. Roxana and the property manager Ramon have been nothing but extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The complex is new, well built, interior and appliances are great. Favorite apartment I've lived in to date.

I love it here. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Ramon, the property manager, is quick to address/resolve complaints. The price is reasonable and the location couldn’t be better. I’m only minutes away from my job. Can’t beat that.

I’ve been living at The Amelia for over 2 years. The maintenance is outstanding and the management is the best!!! I highly recommend Johanna Court, The Amelia and Jacqueline Place it’s a beautiful nice quiet property to live.

Ramon and Maggie are awesome! They go above and beyond, I had a situation and they didn’t leave me alone for a minute. Even thou it wasn’t their fault they helped me. Love it here
