This is a wonderful agency to work with in finding the right insurance for your needs. Neldia sat down and explained in detail all the options we had for Medicare, Supplement plans and Advantage plans. She took her time and we never felt rushed during the whole visit. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasant experience and we highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about this agency. Karina Sanchez obtained permission from the owner to stay late to help me find and pay for the correct insurance so that my daughter (who was on life support) was able to be moved to a transplant hospital. Neldal Insurance helped us get in under the wire, explained everything in detail, and should take part of the credit for her survival.
