I have had Shaftel design several of my pieces. The craftsmanship and service is beyond superior. The characteristics that are important to me are family owned business, communication, attention to detail, timeliness, and price point. After many years of searching for the perfect jewelry artisans, I have found my go to for jewelry and watch loves. You will not be disappointed with them!

My fiance and I came in last Saturday, looking for wedding bands. Our intention was to visit a few different jewelry stores, to gather some ideas. Our first stop was Shaftel, and it was also our last. We met with Meaghan, who was wonderful. Shaftel Diamonds is a locally owned family business. They have such an incredible collection of literally everything. Today I went in and looked at hundreds of rubies, sapphires and emeralds. I have done two transactions with Shaftel Diamonds and I had the pleasure of working with Meghan both times. Both times I thoroughly enjoyed my experience that Meghan provided to me. My first experience was setting a stone that I brought in myself for a custom made engagement ring. Meghan was very thorough throughout the process and took the time to explain everything in detail for me. She also was great at keeping me updated at each stage of the process of creating the engagement ring. She calmed any nerves or worries that I previously had. My second experience was purchasing wedding bands for both my fiance and I. Meghan again provided a very pleasant experience. She was a great person to have in my corner during a major life event. Did a beautiful job on complete rebuild of my custom wedding ring, which I had worn almost 30 years. Prong damage, crack in band, chipped edge on center sapphire. Very happy to have my ring back and it's like new again. And they are lovely people to work with!
