I purchased a mattress and base from here and I have to say, this was the best experience ever. There was absolutely no pressure, no up sales, no gimmicks, but friendly service. My bed and base was delivered and set up yesterday. That is the most comfortable bed that I have ever owned. Great nights sleep.

This place is awesome. I needed a mattress asap and all other furniture stores had a wait time of over a month. I am so glad I stopped by to check them out! Kevin was beyond helpful and thanks to him I found the perfect mattress. I saved so much time and money and I am very satisfied with my purchase. This was an AWESOME experience! Best customer service I've EVER had and they made sure I was completely taken care of! They helped me pick out the perfect mattress set for my bad back and I LOVE it!!! And for a very reasonable price too! I recommend them over anywhere else! 5 stars all day long!

Very nice people. That is my criteria for where I spend my money. Friendly and easy to work with. Sold me exactly what I wanted with no attempt at "add on sales". Next time I need furniture or mattress products, they will be my first stop.

Had a second experience with these folks 10/16/2020. Bough a box springs, had a small glitch, Bethany cleared it up and made it good. No problems at all. Good people to buy from.

I'm wondering how many stars I can give this place. I'm extremely impressed. When I first walked in I thought maybe I was at the wrong spot. Within about a second the office manager greeted me with the huge smile on her face and asked how she would help me when I told her what I was there for she says yes you're at the right place let me get Chad to help you. Chad was with me in about 1 minute. He showed me to his showroom. After I picked out my mattress and he let me know that they didn't have it in my size he says but I'll make you one it'll be done in a couple hours. it felt really great to have someone told me they were going to make me a mattress. When we delivery he said it could possibly be. today at about 5:30. I got a call from the delivery man Kenny. informing me that he was on my way to my house with my new mattress. he helped me move the box spring outside, change the frame from a queen size to a full size. He was very friendly and very polite. I am completely happy with the service I received so far. I'm also very excited to try my new mattress out tonight and get a good night sleep

We went and got a new mattress from the Texas Mattress Factory a couple weeks ago. If you've never gone to see them you 100% should. We left with all the knowledge of what we needed versus what we were looking for. It was about 1K cheaper directly from the factory and I have slept so well since we got it. Go check em out!!

We needed new mattresses for our family. Chad showed us the many different options in their showroom and was very knowledgeable. He made the whole process very easy. We bought 3 and are sleeping great. Texas Mattress will always have our business!
