Guzzi Fabrication and Welding

I want to start off by saying Robert provides amazing customer service as well as very knowledgeable information He took the time to ask Great questions I originally reached out to them because I have an electric scooter I crashed so I wanted to reach out to see if it Was possible for a specific part to be welded back into place or bent Robert went over a series of questions with me to try to help determine that he also asked that I sent a few pictures over which he looked at and contacted me back immediately he advised me that he doesn’t think it would be a good idea to attempt to weld it or to bend it back in place due to how costly it could be and also that it could become compromised and risk my Safety when driving the electric scooter most places due to the part being made out of aluminum alloy when I reached out to other companies they told me that they can weld it and come in immediately. It just came off as if they were just looking for an opportunity to grab money, which was not the experience that I got With Robert, I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you’re looking for a reliable place to do some welding that isn’t worried about just making money.

Robert's level of expertise and his careful attention to detail are unbeatable. After coming highly recommended by professionals in the car restoration industry, I left my 1968 GTX in Robert's more than capable hands. He was exceptionally professional; keeping impeccable records of every purchase and regularly sending pictures of the car's progress. The finished product is mind-blowing. The seams, the lines, the doors are perfect. The paint is perfect. Not kidding - perfect. That in itself is an incredible accomplishment when working with "old" cars, new parts and OEM parts.Although this may have started out as a business transaction, Robert has become a trusted friend who guided and instructed me during the restorations process. My GTX looks better than it did rolling off the assembly line in 1968.

I have been watching Robert's (Guzzi Fabrication) videos on YouTube for several months now.
I am restoring a 1965 Impala, and since I live close to Robert's place, I stopped by to introduce myself, and ask him a ton of questions.
He is a great guy. He stopped what he was working on, and helped me with all my questions.
This guy is the real deal. If you watch his videos, you'll see that he know the correct and detailed way to restore classics cars.

Robert is a craftsman, not a high volume collision repair paint/body shop. I needed some difficult welding, fabrication, and suspension work done on my 99 Jeep XJ and he knocked it out. You’ll find few *if any* other shops in the DFW area who will take the necessary time and attention to detail on your project.

After recently buying a high mileage car I realized it had some rust damage to the frame. I found Guzzi Fabrication online and called just looking for some help. Robert went out of his way to tell me exactly what I needed to do to find the right replacement part and fix my issue. He offered his shop to do the work and even suggested another welder in the area who might be able to help sooner. I was impressed with how Robert went out of his way to help me. Came in to have aluminum bumper mounts fixed for my truck we discussed ideas and I left the bumper there. One week later I received a text with pictures from Robert Guzzi saying it was done! Robert did a fantastic job on my 68 El Camino replacing the top skin. Was exactly on point as described and ready when promised! Robert completed a frame off restoration of my 1978 Trans Am, I can't be more pleased with all the work he did. He had to fabricate an outside sail panel, replace an inside rear fender well, replace rocker panels, floor pans, trunk pan, painted everything inside and out, put on all the decals and he even worked on the motor and painted it as well. Robert put the original rolls in the metal where the floor pan meets the firewall, everything he did looked like it originally did on the car. Robert has an exceptional eye for detail and it shows in all his work. Not only was the work exceptional but the price couldn't have been any better, all the other quotes I got were a lot more and I am sure the work would not have come close to what Robert was able to do. My brother and I restore vintage sprint cars and had a project we were having some issues with tubing bending. Robert PERFECTLY bent the tubing and welded to our frame. GREAT job and VERY professional. Great guy too!

I had two axles that needed some parts switched for a wheel chair van. Not only was it done well, but the time he did it in was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. The welds are really great and were spot on with the placement. I didn't have a need for welding services before, but now have found a great place for work I'll have in the future.
