Excellent customer service today! This company is under new management and it shows, their interior is clean, with desks for customers to charge their devices, they offer complimentary drinks, snacks, very professional and polite. We replaced all 4 tires with them for a great price! Will was our first point of contact and he made us feel welcomed and thanked us for our business. They cleaned our tires to shine and have a mechanic with over 30 years of experience! I’m glad Howe has great people to service them. As the Executive Director of a Nonprofit, I know the important of treating people with dignity and respect and this business got it right.

Great auto shop! I got a super fast oil change and incredible customer service! This was my first time in since the change in ownership. The inside is nice and complementary waters and coffee. Comfortable chairs and nice tables with a place to charge things. Definitely will be back!

This shop is the truth. One stop shop. I recently moved to Texas and my vehicle was in need of a variety of repairs in order to pass my vehicle safety inspection. I thought I was going to have to visit multiple different repair shops in order to address each individual issue. But the guys here at Collins auto repair had me sorted out and I was able to get my vehicle inspection sorted out the following day. The prices are fair but for the quality of work that vehicle received I was expecting to pay a lot more than what I was charged,and to be honest I would happily pay a higher price for the quality of service that this shop provides. Without hesitation, I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality repair shop that does honest work. I don't know how many times I've had my car serviced at shops offering a lower price only to find out how much of a hack job the repairs were, sometimes resulting in me having to take my car to a different shop to have the same job done twice. It's been 4 months since my vehicle was serviced at Collins auto, and I'm happy to leave this much deserved review. When it comes to auto repair, it's one of those things where you truly get what you pay for. This shop is a truly a gem. A++ doesn't do them justice!

I've now had brakes, steering column, emergency brake, and sway bar bushings done at this location - all were done at amazing prices in an amazingly short time. They offer you options on what you want to do with it, and don't seem to try to upsell if it's not necessary. That's honestly refreshing to see, and I'll be using this shop exclusively moving forward.
Also, the staff and owners are extremely polite and professional, and those aren't just nice words I put on every mechanic shop I visit. :)

While traveling through Texas last month, we had a tire issue, pulled into a national chain tire store, and got a new tire. We were told when leaving that the TPS would "take some time to sync" and to "disregard" it showing only 8 pounds of air in the brand new tire.
Trusting them, we continued our journey.
The TPS system continued to show 8 pounds of air in the new tire after 10 miles on the highway, so we found an exit with a gas station in case we needed to air it up. (it turns out the station had no air available)
Luckily, the fine folks at Collin's Auto Care were right next door. They were gracious and aired up the tire, even gave us cold bottles of water, and refused to take any money for their assistance - which we desperately needed.
If they treat all their regular customers the way they treated us, simple travelers passing through, then they deserve this 5-star rating and more.

They’re the best they take good care of your car they take their time always making sure everything is working properly on your car, the workers are super friendly and well experienced when it comes to cars. I only allow them to touch my car they are really affordable and I would recommend them to anybody needing car maintenance done on there car come to this place they deserve 10 stars ,,,

We stopped with an emergency AC problem. These guys took us right in, treated our kids like family and fixed our car perfectly. We left with our ac blowing ice cold and it’s still going strong. Thank you for the absolute best service we’ve ever had! If your considering auto care, these are your guys!

I went here to get a second opinion after my ac went out. They saved me money and were very accommodating. I highly recommend Collin’s Auto Care!

Glad to have these guy's around. They had just took over when I found them in March '23. They did some ball joints, tie rods, and an alignment. In April they did a timing belt job. All perfect. Now June. Was having a cooling system issue and I replaced the thermostat and cap with no luck. Feared a headgasket and told them that. They determined the issue was the radiator, the upper inlet and end tank was cracked, not a head gasket or other issue. Once again got it fixed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. These guys are honest good guys. They won't hesitate to show you what they found to be the issue. Every part I've had them replace the main mechanic took the time to show me what he found and as someone who in the past has always worked on their own vehicles I really like that transparency. Hands down great guys you can trust, and great work.

Collin's Auto Care quickly and kindly came to our rescue! We were driving an hour and 15 minutes to a final cancer proton radiation treatment for my husband, when we heard a funny noise that sounded like a tire could blow. My husband immediately pulled to the side of the two-lane highway, but the tires all looked okay, so we got back on the road. The noise resumed, so we quickly pulled off at the next exit and the first building on the access road: Collin's Auto Care. We were parked on their lot to the side of their building, looking under the car, when a technician came out and looked under the car with us. He said he could fix it - fasten the covering of the undercarriage - and invited us to sit down in the office and drink some coffee. Twelve minutes later, we were back on the highway, and we weren't even late to the treatment center! Collin's Auto Care offers skillful, speedy, and friendly service!

Dropped my car off today for an oil change. The new owner/employees are friendly and fast. The shop and waiting room are very clean/professional looking. We will be back.

Super friendly and nice guys! He goes out of his way to inspects every little detail of my car to let me know if anything is wrong. Genuinely nice guy! They recently remodeled their waiting area too and I love it! 10/10 will always come back to them.

Amazing and quick service. I have a stock Jeep XJ and they had the tire I needed when mine blew. They were amazing.

These gentlemen who own and run this place are absolutely amazing. They were honest and helped me out during a awful time and even showed compassion towards me. My car broke down and they were kind enough to take me back to work and pick me up when I got off work while they fixed my car. I will never use a different place for my vehicle needs. Go see these guys!!

Place gave amazing experience when I ran off the road and bent both of my wheels they helped me and got me back rolling best tire place I’ve been to throughout the dfw wholesome people any problems I would definitely go here
