Pro...Excellent service! Excellent drinks. Great experience every time. I feel special when they remember my name. May be a big brand name store but sure feels like small hometown business. Customer service 5 star. Con.. cleanliness could be improved a bit and the seating is worn out.

I went inside to place my order. (My wife's order is a bit more complicated, and I prefer not to tie up the drive-thru). The staff were pleasant and engaging. The drive-thru and to go orders were a little busy, but I received my order in an appropriate amount of time. They even had a stopper for her drink to make it home safely. My Flat White was hot and delicious. 😋

The team there is more than amazing. The staff made the place warm and welcoming. We went there with our little one who’s super active. We simply love this place and we wanted to stay more yesterday but my son started his noise as soon as he ate his favorite SBX food. We would love to return to it every time we visit Sherman. This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Buffy was really incredible and made my experience great. We had a very long night and none of us were in a good mood and it showed, Buffy took the extra step to be exceptionally nice and attentive to us, including giving us info on new holiday cups coming out (we were interested in the cups that were currently out). Her and the entire staff were very pleasant and just what we needed that morning. I know it’s just coffee, but they really turned our morning around. Thank you guys!

I absolutely love this starbucks! The people that work here, they are always so welcoming and super friendly. They remember my name and my order when I come in everyday I feel like I'm walking and and talking to friends, plus their coffee is always on point. I've been to tons of other Starbucks and the coffee is never as good as here! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🥰

Mama's gotta have her coffee !!! And yes I'm basic and love pumpkin spice, I will say the cold brew ,pumpkin foam cream is a little ehh for me so I change it a little and its FAB , but starbs usually is always a 5 stars for me!

Always fast and always get your order right no matter how complicated your drink is lol

I always receive fast, friendly service at this location! Most recently, I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location. They offered to make my order, at this location, with no second charge. I was very grateful for this! I believe the employee's name who helped me was Blake. This employee went above and beyond, and did everything with a huge smile on his face! The other team members made our drinks quickly, and we did not have to wait very long. Once again, always fast and friendly service!

*sigh* my first, regular Starbucks. Sadly, we will be there far less due to moving but this location is so well run and is always fully stocked where other locations are not.
I'm sure after all the construction is done right outside your store, you will be busier with the drive-thru line redirected off the highway. I will miss getting my regular orders here, for sure, but y'all are so amazing that I'm sure you will not be closing that location any time soon. We will be driving through and I will definitely be stopping by. Thank you for 12 years of amazing service!
