Office Depot

I have a printer-copier at home. The clerk in ink cartridges showed me what I asked for and then a better deal I had not seen. He saved me $10. The people at the public copiers have helped me scan an original document bigger than the 8.5 x 11 standard size I can do at home. And I love the $2 reward when I return empty ink cartridges; good for the environment and my wallet! I've been a customer for more than 10 years and plan to stay one.

Had to get paper done while visiting Lufkin, TX.
Jade worked in the printer services area and was remarkable. She assisted with all my needs, was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and good at her job.

I can usually find anything that I want at our Office Depot, and the sales people are quite helpful.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. Came in with an issue and drilon was quick to assist me. He solved my problem quickly and I was in and out in minutes.

I had a problem with an online purchase filled at the store. For a month I went around and around with online customer service. Finally, I went to Duncan at the store level. Within minutes he had me fixed up. What was a disaster turned into a positive experience. I need to give the Lufkin store six stars!!!

I've used Office Depot for years. They usually ship online orders the same day and they arrive within a couple of days. Good product selection and great service.
