I can not say enough about how happy we are with our dining table and benches from Iron by Iron Woodworks. They are absolutely perfect in every way. Our entire experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. We came in with specific needs for our space and even requested a new design. Our wants for a dining table were traditional, timeless, and classic while still remaining inviting for informal use, as well as formal. They delivered on all counts and then some. We will make lifetime memories at this table and one day pass it down to our daughter; whom this table design has been so lovingly named after. Their team was more than happy to help bring our table and benches to life that we had been wanting for so long. Mrs. Joyce, I truly can’t say enough good about her. She made every bit of it happen for us. She will go the lengths to make sure you are always happy and comfortable. Her and their carpenters, worked with us through each step to be certain that our table and benches came out just perfectly. Not only is their craftsmanship and skill the best quality around, but the customer service and care you will receive will surely make you feel like you have been lifelong friends. The kindness and care shown to us was top tier. We truly are so thankful we came across Iron by Iron Woodworks.

Worth the wait!! We wanted a heirloom dining set that would last. Our table and chairs arrived today and they are beautiful! The walnut tabletop is stunning, and the European farm chairs are a perfect complement.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how easy the buying process was. It can often be stressful making this type of purchase online, but Joyce was an absolute joy to work with. She took time to walk me through all the options and ultimately build the right table for our dining room. She was always available to answer questions and keep us updated on progress.

We love, love, love our new table and chairs! The quality is top notch, and I really feel like it will last a very long time. There are so many different designs to choose from. I had been looking around for a while for a round table with 6 chairs in a brown and white combo. I'm so glad I came across Iron By Iron Woodworks! Everyone that I have spoken with during this process was so kind and helpful. I can't wait to gather around this table for many meals and game nights with family and friends. There are not enough words to describe how incredible this company is! From beginning to end you will be cared for. I was skeptical at first. I found this company via a FB add. I first watched Zach’s video to help me understand the process. Highly encourage you to watch it. I decided I wanted to make the trip to the showroom to see the quality. I was blown away by the craftsmanship. That’s where I met Joyce. I fell in love with the tables, but I was so thankful I met someone who truly cared about the end result & the customer being satisfied. After visiting I could hear the sincerity in Joyce that she was confident they could help me design the perfect table for my family. I wound up getting not 1, but 2 tables! I also purchased beautiful chairs & bar stools.

I went to a ton of stores before feeling hopeless. They were all the same furniture, and most were not real wood! Iron by Iron checked all the boxes that were important to me. Was it an investment? Yes. I am so glad I went with them. We just built our home. I have dealt with countless vendors. Iron by Iron has been the best vendor I have dealt with! You will NOT be disappointed. They will make sure you are satisfied. It was so refreshing to deal with KIND people who love their customers! I will never stop singing their praises!

We were going to buy something pre-made but started looking at the prices and decided we didn't want to pay $3,000 for a compressed wood table. We found them on Facebook and went out to the showroom to browse then ended up purchasing our table.

Everything was made so easy and smooth. Joyce explained everything to us and the process was easy. She kept us updated on the process of our table and even sent us pictures and a video once it was completed.

We are so happy with our new dining room table the three-month wait was totally worth it!

We ordered a walnut Harrison table in November 2022. We received our table a few months later. It was never what we wanted or expected. Joyce worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. She is an Angel on earth. She had another table made for us and we received it yesterday. It is exactly what we wanted. It’s beautiful. We love it. How many people or companies do you know that truly care if you are getting exactly what you want? None. Joyce wants the tables to be what you paid for and she wants and treats you the customer as family to make sure that is exactly what you get. You do not find customer service like that anymore. Roman the Manager of overseeing every detail of the table also delivered our new table. He is awesome and cares so much about each table. He truly wants you to be happy and love your table. He makes sure of it before he leaves. You will NOT be disappointed by using this company for your table to enjoy family meals forever! What are you waiting on? Iron By Iron built us the most beautiful round oak dining table! The first day we visited the shop Joyce worked with us to design the best table for our space. I’m so glad we took her advice to go with an ebony stain because it has a beautiful contrast against our light floors. The company was also flexible and kept checking in with us to see the estimated finishing date of our new home. They had our beautiful table delivered within a week of us moving in! We recently had a custom table built for our dining room in our new house. Joyce worked with me in listening to the exact specifications that I wanted and designed the prefect table. During production, the team were diligent in achieving the right stain color and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is excellent and the table is simply beautiful.

Our beautiful table and chairs were delivered yesterday. We knew we wanted a harvest table but we’re not impressed with the furniture store’s sets. I looked online and found Iron By Iron and they were located only 45 minutes away. We were surprised we could get a custom, made in the USA, table so close to home. Their showroom was filled with possibilities and it was a pleasure to work with Joyce. Her customer service and attention to details was God’s way of letting me know we had come to the right place.

We had a good experience with Iron By Iron. Ordering our table was a very easy process. Joyce was so helpful and answered all our questions.

We did have an issue with a breadboard on our table. One of the ends shrunk and warped. I called Joyce and sent her pictures. She was very quick to respond. We discussed several options to fix the issue. They ended up picking up our table, remaking the top, and delivering it back to us 2 weeks later (a 2 hour drive each way), at no cost to us. They even refunded the cost of the breadboards since we changed the design of the table.

Our table is now perfect and exactly what we wanted! It is beautiful, and we are so happy with it. Thank you Iron By Iron! I know this will be the last table we ever buy!
