I was on a trip to Murfreesboro, TN when I broke down in the Jackson,TN area. I went to the dealership and informed the service dept of my problem. The service dept got my truck in quick to determine the problem and found major problems with the motor. I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership and while waiting for my wife to come get me several employees of Serra offered to take me to get something to eat or offered to take me any where I needed to go. I was shocked by the hospitality shown by the Serra staff and when I returned to pick my vehicle and trailer up I made a point to speak to the General Manager who in turn introduced me to other personnel. Serra dealership is the best dealership I have ever been in and should be recognized for outstanding PR and workmanship. I told the staff I could not have broken down at a better place and will purchase future vehicles from that location as I feel certain the communication and quality work will continue well after the paper work is signed. Serra should be a model of how a quality dealership should be ran. I have told several people about the treatment I received and encouraged them to deal with Serra in the future. I cant say enough good things about Serra of Jackson, TN and the staff.

I generally hate the idea of getting a new vehicle because, let's be honest, car salesmen can be the absolute worst. After getting rear ended and having our vehicle totaled, we had no choice but to find a new car. When I say we got SUPER lucky with this dealership and Dylan Riggs, I'm not exaggerating. He's the only car salesman I've ever met who was honest and sincere, and we were very impressed with him and his manager. While I can't speak for everyone who's employed at this facility, I have to imagine they hold all of their employees to the same standards and it was the least painful car buying experience ever. I don't think I'll ever want to buy a car from anyone other than Dylan again!

Service associates were friendly, did not try to add unnecessary services. Waiting area was clean and spacious. Service time was less than expected.

Our sales guy Bryan borders, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy at all. It's not often yoh find a sales person who actually knows what they are selling. And, probably the first place we've been to/bought from in a while that wasn't pressuring us to make a sale or pushing the whole "you need to leave me a 5 star Google review before you leave" agenda. Our finance guy was was amazing as well (I forgot his name lol) but he was very Informative, and helpful with our unique situation. Even before we were buying, we talked with Bryan about used cars and even with that interaction i told my husband I liked him. I'm very glad we were able to find what we were looking for there and worked with Bryan to make it happen. We have purchased about 6 cars in the last 3 years and this is probably the first dealership start to finish I was completely satisfied, and look forward to working with them when we upgrade again in the future.
