Came in for a quick lunch. Service was fast and courteous, and the food was fresh and hot

On 1/13/24 the drive thru was closed due to short staff, however, the 3 people working went above and beyond to provide excellent service and great food quality. Cudos to them and this was at 1:30 pm! Please give those working that shift a Thank you ! And maybe a bonus!

I'm changing my rating to one star I had lunch in there. The women staff that works the front counter. Was extremely Rude and mean I ordered food. She had me check it on the the screen . Then when they brought food to table it was wrong food I tried explaining to her in a nice friendly way. She acted rude said that's not we ordered. Said it was our fault. and that's what we had ordered. Even though we seen on the screen the food items we had ordered. We where treated very rude we couldn't even enjoy our lunch because of her rude treatment. We will not be back as long as that women works there. I took my stars back.

It is fast, inexpensive and good. I love the corn nuggets. The lunch special is a great deal. Some of the best sweet tea around. I love how they bring the tray to you. The seasoning packets are yummy. The spicy chicken is enough to clear the sinuses but not burn the mouth too much. The white gravy is the best in town.

Worst fish I have ever TRIED to eat. It was so dried out that it was rock hard., and the hush puppies were reheated and like a hockey puck. Didnt get what we ordered. Needless to say if they cant do better than this they need to close their doors. Tried to call and speak to a manager and of course, no answer and they dont close till 10pm and it was 8pm

Gallon of Sweet Tea! Tenders and 8 pc mixed with 3 sides best deal around. Biscuits always better than KFC. Rolls are Good... Gravy is Good. Good Dipping sauces...Get you Some.

This is arguably the best fried chicken I have ever eaten.

I only got my wife a sweet tea here but I love Chicken Express in general. The guy in the drive thru was very friendly & engaging. He even commented that my wife's old school Power Rangers notification was "cool"...🤣🤣🤣 Great experience getting a large sweet tea, we'll definitely go back through for refreshment next time we go through there!!! Hopefully it's lunch or dinner time so we can see how good they fry their chicken in Denison!!!!

I'm on a mission to eat at and review every restaurant in Sherman and Denison. I realize this could take years.

First off, I ordered in the restaurant one day, and came back and ordered in the drive thru the next.

The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff at the counter worked fast to get my food. I absolutely love the fried pickles that are sold here. The mashed potatoes and gravy are better than the ones sold at the Walmart deli. I also gave my mom's dog one of the chicken tenders and he begged for more!

When I went through the drive thru, I did have to wait about ten minutes. There were two cars in front of me. The lady working the speaker was nice and gave out extra packages of Ranch dipping sauce for free because of the wait.

I definitely love this place, the friendly employees and awesome food. Will return.

Chicken strips, boneless wings, fish fillet, slaw, fries, okra, stuffed peppers, & chocolate chip cookies, were all freshly cooked to delicious perfection! The only part of this experience even better than the food was your fun, professional and most proficient staff members! Excellent Team! Bravo! Cheers! Great service, friendly faces, nice environment, always fresh food. I give them a five star hands down no questions asked. PS, also the young manager girl with blonde hair (Jessica) I believe to be her name is down right awesome.. I will continue to visit this location as long as she is there((:

The fish there is great....wait did I say fish...yes that's right they serve fried fish at select locations, and it is good. You have to try this one if it's offered at your location. We got the family dinner with two large sides.

They're really nice here and the service is fast. Just today, when they got slammed at the drive through during the lunch rush, the manager gave me extra livers for a mistake in my order. I'm in anemia heaven.

They have great fried catfish! Usually not cooked until you order. Crispy and like it better than Huck's.

best fried chicken and friendlest service,some of the best fish too. Some of the help needs replacing (black shift mgr. Needs retraining about customer relation, he would rather watch football on tv at work than the tv for customers, I thought it was there for the customers instead of for the help. Won't eat there as long as he is there again, young lady that is shift mgr. Is the best and very thoughtful too.)

Had catfish. Large clean boneless fillets, with corn meal breading fried to a golden brown. The meat was still tender and juicy. Stop in and ask them to put some down for you.

Very good place to eat chicken is good and have multiple sides to choose my favorite is corn nuggets and very good people that work there very friendly. Love it!

Staff is friendly place is always clean! Have never been dissapointed. Water does not taste like dirt, food is fresh those cookies are to die for. Favorite fast food place....

Never had an issue, always fresh, and always give extra chicken. I love this place so much
