On the flip side the nurses are nice. I had a doctor to try and sabotage my disability like for no reason. I was definitely eligible for it. The excuse that was used,my insurance wouldn't have paid for that service. That person bias was looking at my age. Not knowing how sick I am. I was so hurt.

I have seen Dr Brooks, Dr Eldridge & Dr Fleming in the OBGYN dept. They were all wonderful. Bedside manner and willing to listen A++ I saw a review that someone had to see a different doctor each time…I always got who I asked for. The front desk staff and nurses are excellent as well. My health issue was addressed promptly and have made a full recovery. I would highly recommend. Also have never had any issues with billing and insurance as someone else mentioned. Everything that should have been paid for by insurance has been.

I had surgery 06/15/2022 I used Dr. Lisa Rogers she is the best Doctor & person I can have ever encountered in my life … I was scared and nerves but she assured me that everything would be ok and it is…. I recommend her to anybody trying to conceive YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED….she is upfront truthful and will help you the best she can…Mrs.Cindy is the nurse who made sure I understood what was going on and what will happen…. This was a easy process they make it so convenient and stress less…. Thankyou Dr. Rogers , Mrs. Cindy and the hospital staff at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital you all were wonderful….

I love Dr. Nass at the north clinic. She is the best physician I’ve had. She’s thorough and well educated, but most of all she treats me like a human being. She takes all the time I need with her and answers my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed or judged. The FollowMyHealth app makes it so convenient to schedule appointments with her, as well as, message her directly. She is always so prompt in getting back with me. I can’t say enough about her. If you’re looking for a new physician or wanting a change you will not be disappointed with her. She truly does care about her patients. She’s not worried about getting you in and out. She gives you the care you need whatever past you may have had. There’s no judgement from her. Her nurse Angie is heaven sent as well.
UPDATE: She recently added an addition to her team. Sara Jackson, NP is such a blessing. She is so kind and truly cares about your well being. Dr. Nass, Sara, Angie, Sonja…they are truly the best team at the clinic.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 15 yrs now and have not been disappointed at all with the staff and doctors. If my dr is out for whatever reason they will get me in to see another dr right a way. The urgent care is the same. It’s great to have quality care when you need it.

I was seen at the Jackson Clinic North Clinic today. From the check in to the check out the service was first rate. I was seen by Dr Martin. He gave me excellent care and was displayed an excellent and relaxed bed side manner.

I’m new to this area and was referred to this practice by a neighbor. I am very glad she told me. Every person I’ve come in contact there has been very friendly and willing to help with anything. The providers I’ve seen are competent and very down to earth. No big egos here, and I’m grateful for that. My only request would be to please please please get a rheumatologist.

Love Dr. Hays! He takes such great care of our kiddos and always takes the time to listen to all our concerns and gives us all the information we need. Have loved all the Pediatricians, nurses, and nurse practitioners that we've seen here!

I have yet to deal with a doctor I don't like. My primary doctor, Dr Nass is amazing. She never rushes. Always listens. And shows concern for my overall well being.

They are a great health care provider.

I am posting for my husband who had bunion surgery. Dr. Caroline Kizer did a great job and the pain he had is gone and he is really pleased with his surgery!!

I always find the staff professional and friendly. Usually wait no more than 5-10 minutes. They treat me with kindness and are genuinely concerned about my well being.
