I love this place and am surprised by the negative reviews. Karen has been my pcp for a few years. She’s unfortunately retiring, but I’ve seen other providers there who are equally as friendly and knowledgeable. The wait times are usually minimal in comparison to other places as well.

Providers work 1-2 days a week often it will take days or 4-5 phone calls to get a question answered. Prescriptions not called in. You should get the drift.

Total and complete waste of time. They gave me a hard time at check in to take a COVID test so I left and came over to the clinic on Hospital Dr and was checked in with absolutely no problem. Unbelievable…
