Arby's

The parking lot could use some work but Timothy was wonderful. His vibe and positive tone. After a weekend of horrible customer service in Sherman TX and a horrible day, I had a pleasant experience here. It made my day better. You don’t realize how far being nice and kind can go.

My team was here doing some work for this Arby's. They were gracious and patient with us while we did our part. Afterward, we bought lunch and hung out for a little while, talking with a couple of employees and the shift manager. We had also met with the store manager a couple of times. These are some good people here. The first time I ate at this location I had the Burger that they are making. It was pretty good, but I love the plain old Arby's sandwich with horsey sauce. That's why I got this time. Sooo good!

Everything is getting so high these days, it's hard to make an assessment on the value anymore. So, I won't go there. I will say that Arby's has always been a great sandwich place for me, and this one had a nice, friendly face working the drive through. The food is good and everything we asked for was in the bag when we opened it to eat. We'll be back!

I said I would never go back into the Sherman Arbys but I did and I am glad I did I went in yesterday and discovered that there was a new General Manager and when I tell you she has turned that store around I mean it is clean and the food was on point. The staff was very friendly and the new Manager Lisa was great. I had a simple question and she answered it in such a great manor. I will def be coming back in here as a regular. So thank you Lisa and thank you to her wonderful crew.

Tried the new Country Rib Sandwich today. Have to say it was really good. Love the smoke flavor and the portions of ribs is very generous. I saw on their ad that this item is for a limited time. Too bad, I think they should make this a permanent menu item.

Absolutely love Arbys the roast beef it’s always fresh hot and juicy ONLY thing we don’t like is that they stopped serving the POTATOE CAKES not a good move corporate you had a menu item none of your competitors had

It's Arby's. The sandwiches are good and it is what you expect. The food is fast aid different from burgers

Ruben was perfect! Tater cakes tasted a little off. Like time to change the fryer oil. Bacon on the fried chicken sandwich was more then done.
Cashier was friendly and cheerful.
I'll be back again.

Do not get the newest burger that cost more than it's worth. Wagyu beef even 50% was tasteless as it was burnt. Disgusting, I won't be trying another one!!

My husband & I LOVE Arby's Greek (lamb) gyros! They are DELICIOUS!! Get napkins. They can be drippy, but that's what's so good!! You don't want a dry sandwich!😜

Always love the roast beef and the sauce. This time had a pizza slider, a Turkey slider, and a roast beef slider. All were good. The wife and I both lole the greek gyros. I like pretty much everything they serve except not a big fan of the liquid cheese they use.

I have not went to Arby's that often I would say less than 10 times in all my life... But as I have noticed their menus have added a few items that I like and most of the times I've been to Arby's has been recently and I will be going back I especially like the brisket sandwich with the onion ring on it wow

Haven't been to an Arby's in so long. I missed the taste of the Beef n Cheddar. Delicious.

Arby's is just good...has a variety of meats to choose from and they are tender n great flavors...love the convenience of the sliders if you are not a big eater or just want something lite!

Great Fresh Curly Frys, LOVED THE MOZZERALLA!! Sandwich's we're amazing. Don't forget to try their awesome shakes.

Food is always good. They are often understaffed and a bit pokey but everything is fresh..

When I came in here it was very slow and about one other person in the lobby it was about 4 and Miss Joyce at the counter was amazing very nice and as well when my food was up inform me that were very fresh and hot fries which is my favorite and she was very talkative and friendly I will definitely come back just because Miss Joyce was amazing the food was good as well hot and fresh

This place has really improved it's appearance since the last time I was at an Arby's. I love the sauce station and this place was clean. Not to mention the food was good and hot.

It's great for a fast food place. Their food is reasonably priced and they've never forgotten something in my order. They're always my go-to for fast food.

I have not had Arby's in so long, but I had their French Dip sandwich and it was actually very good.
