I have been a customer here for about 10 years, they are wonderful! Always available to answer questions, helpful in getting medications they may not have in stock and very aware of medication reactions and allergies. Delivery is a huge plus, give them s try, you will never go back to the big chain pharmacies!

I usually don’t do reviews… like ever. However, I feel like this place deserves recognition. We moved here from Missouri where they don’t have small pharmacies like this. I dealt with Walgreens usually and to them you’re really just a number. I found this place online and decided to give them a call since Publix did not have what I needed. They were so kind and called themselves the next day to have everything switched over. It was an easy process and all I had to do was pick up.

FMRX had prescriptions in stock when several local big chains did not, but they also beat the price without coupons or insurance. They are a life saver.

I originally started going to their other location in Fort Mill SC. on Hwy 160, and when they moved to the new location, also in Fort Mill, SC. I continued to keep them as my Pharmacy because they are very kind, helpful and professional in their services. I really appreciate that when you're feeling ill, they have a delivery service and the driver brings your medication to you at no cost. This has been a great blessing to me. I highly recommend them to others

The entire crew here is wonderful! They are efficient and kind and work hard to get you what you need. They have been a huge help my entire pregnancy with keeping me comfortable and my prescriptions filled on time. Thank you all!

Pharmacist and all the staff are very friendly and caring. They will help you in every way they possibly can. Will answer all your questions to the best of their knowledge. And their service is fast. Best Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!

Fort Mill Pharmacy is a shining star to the Fort Mill community. The saying goes...You don't know how much you miss someone (or something) until they're gone...We moved from the Fort Mill area and greatly missed Joel and the team at Fort Mill Pharmacy. Thank you all for the many ways you went above and beyond to care for our family making everything so easy, including the home delivery. No matter what the challenge, the team at Fort Mill Pharmacy would always say, "Let me work on that and call you back." That kind of service is hard to find these days, but we got it from Fort Mill Pharmacy.

Joel and his team at Fort Mill Pharmacy are amazing. Even though this town has grown they continue to treat everyone like a neighbor and friend. They have taken care of our family since we moved here in 2009. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Fort Mill Pharmacy. My insurance company INSISTS I use CVS but I refuse to use any other pharmacy!
I’ve been with Fort Mill Pharmacy for nearly 23 years - I LOVE FORT MILL PHARMACY!! They have NEVER made a mistake with my prescriptions.
The very first time I used a different pharmacy my insurance company made me use, the OTHER PHARMACY made a mistake (Not Fort Mill Pharmacy - they have never made a mistake with my prescriptions!
CVS put my husband’s name on MY prescription and couldn’t “find” the antibiotics I MUST TAKE when I get any dental work done. It could have been a very serious mistake if my dentist hadn’t had antibiotics on-site for my visit.

The only reason I would ever use another pharmacy is if Fort Mill Pharmacy went out of business (PLEASE DON’T EVER GO ANYWHERE Fort Mill Pharmacy! 🙏)
EDIT: I moved an hour away and I STILL would rather drive to Fort Mill Pharmacy than use any other pharmacy!

Everyone at this pharmacy is extremely professional yet very friendly. I have been a customer for over five years after using chains my entire life. Joel, Mike, Megan and Pam are great in the pharmacy and both ladies up front are very helpful.

This pharmacy really cares! They work hard to get what you need quickly, they work well with your insurance, and they answer all your questions. They have a convenient drive through and they know you by name. One time I arrived after they closed and they walked back in and got my prescriptions. If you want personal service from people who know and care about you, go to Fort Mill Pharmacy!

Love a small town pharmacy over the large chains every day. Always receive fantastic service and they recognize us when we walk in the door.

Very warm and welcoming staff…I would definitely recommend this pharmacy (esp. bcoz they addressed a time bound need of mine to get a specific but common antibiotic when none of the big brands had it)

I really can't praise the enough, they have truly taken service to a new level for me and my family! Just the other day I called for some advice on my son's symptoms and Joel said he would gather the "over-the-counter" medicine for me and have it ready for me at the pickup window so I didn't have to take my kids out of the the car to go inside and search around for the right meds...that is a service I said I would pay for and they just smiled and said that's what they were there for!

Joel is always amazing this has been our pharmacy for over well over 10 years now.

This pharmacy is SO much better than the big guys like CVS and Walgreens. You will be treated like family the instant you walk in the door and there's typically no long lines, no long wait times for prescriptions and great personalized care. Ever since the first time I opted to try something different, I've been hooked. Try them out, you won't be sorry!

Customer for past 5 years. Excellent customer service, always looking out for the consumer's best interests through rebates and coupons, always a positive experience. Much, much better experience than the larger chains (CVS and Walgreens). Highly recommended.
