Crocs at Myrtle Beach 501

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting staff Mia and Keshaun at this location. They were absolutely incredible. Their smiling faces and amazing customer service will definitely bring us back to this location when we visit the area again. They make a wonderful team and you can tell they enjoy what they do for this Crocs location. They ROCK!!!

Michelle at this location has TOP NOTCH customer service!!!! I am from out of town and had some issues with a purchase made from their store. She was more than willing to help me and made multiple attempts to figure out the problem. Her phone skills are surperb and she is super friendly. Her effort to make a purchase right was beyond what anyone in customer service does nowadays! So thankful for her and effort to have us still support the croc brand!

My daughter purchased more than she had planned but they had such good deals. All different kinds even for baby's and kids. Most go. 💯💯💯

Got my Crocs on a clearance sale. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is I wish the store would not keep asking if I want to donate money to a couple charities. Don't like to be pestered with that. Just put a sign up please.

Store was very busy(tourist season). But customer service was good and the check out lines were fast.

The staff was very helpful with helping me look for sizes. The store was well organized. Prices were the same as the other shoe store around the corner, but Crocs had a much bigger selection and buy one get one 25% off.

Great staff!!! The young women that checked us out had the best response for consoling me about my eight year old massive feet! She said “Oh, your getting two pairs of shoes for you today!?!” I said, “ no one pair is for me and the other for my son he just has big feet (women size 9) and he is just 8.” Her response which had me laughing for days was “well, just know crocs are always here for him, we go up to a size 16!” Great marketing and service!

You just can't go wrong with a pair of cross. The people were very friendly and helpful. Every time I come to Myrtle Beach, I buy at least 2 pair.

Liz the manager is the perfect example of what retail management should be. All establishments need a Liz keeping the customers satisfied and setting great examples for the rest of the staff.

Great store. I love Crocs and the staff here are always professional and helpful. I really wish Crocs would make flip-flops with jibbit holes again. I have three pair of the old Kadee, I think, flip flops and two pair are too worn out to wear. I have been waiting over a year to buy new flip flops. Please sell some with jibbit holes!

At the croc store the inventory is very large got everything you need styles shapes sandals you have to see it to believe it great service great employees willing to help you
