Tega Cay Pharmacy

I was new to the area and it was around 2008 when frustrated with a big chain pharmacy I walked into the Tega Cay Pharmacy to fill a prescription. Lisa, the owner took extra time to go over everything pertaining to the prescription. It was then well over a year later when I walked through the door with another prescription to fill. Lisa looked up, saw me and said “hi Donna”! Again, it had been over a year and she not only remembered me by sight but also my name! I have used the Tega Cay Pharmacy ever since. The true heartfelt caring and friendly atmosphere…I had never found this anywhere else. I feel like I became a part of the pharmacy family and Lisa’s family. Lisa, Lisa Largen and Hope….they are just the best…all equally caring and invested in me, my health and my wellbeing. I have just moved away and from the area and have left not only a piece of my heart and peace of mind behind but also people whom I wholeheartedly and truly care about and who truly cared about me. This is a huge loss for me. I very strongly doubt that I will ever find another pharmacy that can come close to what the Tega Cay Pharmacy is.

perfect family pharmacy. staff is great. store provide s a comfortable place to browse while waiting offers unusual gift trinkets. The pharmacist is always available for consultation she knows what to say to help you feel comfortable to speak with her in confidence and she has the advice and calming effect needed when someone is sick whether you are the patient or the caregiver. I recommend them highly over other pharmacies available in the area . It's a good place to go visit not just get prescriptions filled. We would not change because of Lisa and her staff even if there was a significant difference in the price which we are lucky that our insurance gives us that option. Knowing it is locally owned and operated by a Fort Mill native adds more reasons to shop at this local Jewel

Lisa & her staff are super nice and attentive! They have the best prices (Rx & store) and superb customer service. Every staff member looks after each and every customer and Lisa genuinely cares that you have a wonderful experience. Hands down the best pharmacy in Tega Cay/Fort Mill/Lake Wylie/Charlotte area!

Really good experience. I wanted to transfer my meds to a pharmacy closer to home, and prefer not to deal with the big box pharmacies. I called, and they completed the transfer, and had my meds ready the same day. They made everything super easy, and everyone was very friendly. I look forward to continuing to do business here.

One of the few remaining businesses who remember their customers by name. Sometimes I feel like I don't even have to tell my name - they still know who is calling. Because if this highly personalized service, prescription refills are very fast and smooth.

Amazing pharmacy, the staff always is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. They know you by name and not by number.

I needed a Rx for my cat. Even though they did not have this is stock they called all the local pharmacies to track down what I needed. They went way out of their way just to help me. I will be doing all my future business there.

Pharmacists are so helpful.

I was disrespected by the owner Lisa, as I was trying to get my medications on time. Then I was shushed by her employee Lisa Honeycutt when I came in and paid over 100$ for my medications. I will never go back and I am debating calling my lawyer about this... They are Fake People, go anywhere else for your prescriptions...!
