Great variety of items at a very cheap price. You can get stuff for your animals, lawn furntiure, and electronics all in the same place.

I always have a good experience but tonight was awesome! Diamon was my cashier and she was able to help me with getting a members card and account set up after having an issue with it in the past. She was very polite and just an all around nice person! Thanks for the awesome customer service Diamon!

Was so helpful yesterday in helping me find an item that I really wanted. Not sure who I talked to, but they knew exactly what item I asked about, wasn't vague or unsure and Just really helped me.

Love the selection of home and seasonal decor and other housewares. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with the payment method for my online order and the cashier needed someone in management to help with the transaction. The gentleman who came to help knew exactly what to do and was very patient and kind.

Teresa is a very hardworker cashier. She is nice and sweet and respect person there.

Me and my husband went to big lots to find a couch, and there was this Amazing lady who helped us, I wish I could remember her name, but she put in every ounce of effort into helping us find a couch, I've never had an experience with someone so dedicated and passionate about helping people. By far, the nicest person I've ever met in my life, and the most helpful. After countless attempts of calling other big lots to see if they had the couches we liked, we ended up leaving because no one had anything in stock, but on our way out to our car, she comes outside and says that they did infact have one of the couches we liked! Thanks to the effort of that amazing woman, we no longer have to sit on the floor in our new apartment! Thank you so much for your help!

Totally AMAZING!!! Every time I shop at Big Lots, I always get the help I need if I have a question. Tonight at Big Lots in Gaffney, SC in the furniture dept, the help I got was above and beyond!!! She helped me locate a mattress I was trying to purchase, she called quite a few Big Lots until she finally found it. WOW, Thank You!!!!

Always neat and clean , Always a good experience . This store has everything or a lot of stuff in such a small place. With the small staff , they keep this store organized and spotless . Great work people .

This store has recently been remodeled and I have truly enjoyed shopping here! You can find fun snacks, everyday needs, tech essentials, seasonal decor & cute home decor and the prices are fabulous! Really cute furniture too!!! The staff at this location are very helpful & kind! Love our Rock Hill Big Lots!!!!!!

Good prices on most items. The central Isles are a little bit crowded but other than that it seems to be a reasonably good discount store.

Went here for the first time in quite awhile. I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in and seen all the new changes that had been made. They have just about anything u will need and even sell furniture. Their prices are very good and I don't mind shopping here bc they're not a greedy business who markes up the prices trying to make a buck.

Yesterday was my first time @biglots!!!! Great merchandise selection, absolutely affordable and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE specially Mrs. Annette at the register, she enrolled me as a preferred customer, was very enthusiastic about her job also a young girl next to her, I guess Kelly or Kenny (don't remember) definitely will comeback to the same location!

Went in to get my favorite water. Cause Big Lots advertised they had it in the 24 pk. On my lunch break so I'm in a rush. 1st I had to find the furniture guy and another worker called him. I found him as he was bringing out a couch. I asked him if I could use the ladder to get my waters. Cause I'm short and they were on the very top shelf. He's like its quicker if I just get them myself. Ok I'm cool with that. And its was. ok nine 24pks later and eight 6pks the buggy is full. I make it to my car. The whole buggy tilts over. I'm wanna cry but dont have time. Out of nowhere to my rescue Mr. FURNITURE GUY. MY SAVIOR. I didnt get your name but a million thanks.

They have cleaned and rearranged the store around. You have to take your time and look through the entire store. The Christmas selection was huge and reasonably priced. I caught a 50% off decorations before Christmas and that was sweet!

I knew they were remodeling the store, but I was really surprised when I saw it.... Looks great, clean and much more attractive looking.
We went in to get some patio chairs and they were right on the ball with giving us a hand and very friendly, but not pushy. Will enjoy shopping there in the future.... 🤗🤗
