I did a pick up order using the app and got incredible service. If you haven't had Wendy's breakfast yet it is incredible.

Forgot my food and was in another county by the time I realized it. They let me come in the next day and picked it up fresh. Jeff (the manager)is a kind person person and a good man. Very honest and great with customers.

It's located nicely near the Walmart in Jefferson City. And the employees, mostly crew, were working hard when I visited today. Spent 40 bucks on 4 meals; myself, partner, mom and dad. Food was not greasy, which is good. Fries were great and fresh with not too much salt. Worth a visit😁. My experience was good.

Went here as soon as they opened on father's day. My order was taken, and I expected a wait time as they had just opened. The employees were very apologetic about the wait time. I told them my husband was craving Wendy's and as it was father's day I would have waited all day. Food was fresh. Order was correct. And employees were courteous and kind. I will always say this is my favorite Wendy's in the area.

I stopped by just to pickup an order of potatoes etc to add to my pre-planned dinner and I am so happy I did. I had just had a rough day and I believe the wonderful lady (I believe her tag said Donna and Manager on it) helped make it so much brighter. She was so kind and that means so much. I hope she reads this! God bless her! And, the food was hot, well prepared and the store was clean and busy! So, yes, I would recommend it.

We have ate here twice in the past 2 weeks and it has been great each time. It's in a closed gas station so it looks shady from the street but they are doing it right!

Wendy's is one of my favorite burger restaurant's. And the Jefferson city Wendy's does not disappoint. I was quite hungry so I had both a double with cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both were very good.

Love the cheddar bacon fries

They are always friendly! The manager always helps. She was very nice and helped me with a coupon purchase. The girl who does drive thru is always friendly and helpful too. Great place.

I couldn't rate on my grubhub because my husband did it from his phone, but y'all...The food was totally amazing and so hot I had to let it cool. And we live in Dandridge. It tasted great and everything was really neat. Great job.

I had to hear language that wasn't appropriate

Food was nice and hot.. quiet inside restaurant..they have the freestyle Coke machine with endless choices..

The only complaint is the dining room floor is always sticky

Never really too busy.. the employees are extremely nice. I actually love almost everyone of them. They're sweethearts.. Very good service.

Fast friendly service, food was great and the place was clean, including the restrooms. A lot better experience than I've had in the past here. Keep up the good work.
