Carolina Memorial WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. A death is never easy, and the only thing easy about it all was working with Carolina Memorial. Their dedication and patience helped so much. They are super flexible but will also make sure the deceased are well respected. I had no idea what went into funeral services and my director, Darryl, made it as simple as possible while keeping me well informed. There is a reason why they are the best in the business!

Carolina Funeral Home and Gardens did the most fantastic Memorial for my Dad. I am retired from the Army and I've attended a lot funerals. I was just blown away by the attention to detail, compassion and kindness from the staff for our family. Andrea was our funeral director, she worked hard and went out of her way to make our Dad's Celebration of Life perfect for the family. She went above and beyond. My Sisters and I traveled from Alaska, Texas and Indiana. We coodinated the details with Cal and Andrea and they took care of everything for us and did a wonderful job. I have no words to express my gratitude. Thank .you!

We did not use this funeral home for burial, but as it was part of the Dignity family, they transported my father's body to his final resting place in Florida. In transporting his body, they were prompt and respectful of the family. Because I was not able to be there at the time of his passing, they allowed us to come and say our final goodbyes on our way driving from VA to FL. They allowed us all the time we needed and everyone was very kind and respectful. They kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Staff was courteous , sympathetic Nd knowledgeable. Having to make so many decisions about an unfamiliar process can be stressful and upsetting. But the staff made this process easy taking the anxiety and worry off our shoulders.

Carolina Memorial was great to work with when both pre-purchasing arrangements and when having to make our moms final arrangements. They showed empathy and we’re always available for questions I had.

My father’s graveside service was very special. The setup was beautiful. Everything went according to plan.

Daryl was so incredibly helpful when planning my father’s funeral. He was compassionate and understanding and we felt heard in our final wishes for my dad. Daryl called multiple times to check on us and was always available if we had questions.

She handled us with such care, and all of our special requests were understood and fully appreciated. Not only did Laya take time to really learn who our father was, but she went out of her way to make sure that details - such as military escorts - were provided. Thank your for your outstanding professionalism and humanity at a most difficult time. It will be remembered!

We are a military family and lost our daughter this September in Virginia. My husband and want her to be buried in the beautiful city our love story began. I wanted her to be buried in a place she could rest peacefully without us worrying about the area or cemetery maintenance. They were honestly so professional about everything and helped make the process so much easier than I was anticipating. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and maintained. We were even able to prepay our family plot for the day I am ready to see my baby again. I am so grateful for their demeanor and support in our time of hurt and sorrow.

Keith was my funeral director. He helped me upload pictures and write the obituary.

My Mother past away at the age of 91, she decided 20 years ago to prepay for her funeral. It was one of the best gifts she could have given me. She picked out everything, planed her music and pretty much everything. The staff was very helpful and they did not try to push me into buying anything that my mother warned. She also saved a ton of money by paying for her service in advance

We were treated with respect and kindness at this difficult time. Everything was explained well and we made good decisions based on our needs and a complete understanding of how the funeral will take place. Thankful for a good process with our director Darryl.

Pre-arrangement is the way to go. Keith was amazing very patient and explained everything in detail.

Roger and his team have been exceptional from the very first meeting! He helped guide me through so many decisions which took so much of the burden off of our family. He was very knowledgeable and truly helped to give my mother the service that she would have been proud of. His arrangement of the military honors exceeded my expectations by far! His team even held the corners of the tablecloth down as the wind starting picking up to ensure that nothing was knocked over. I would highly recommend Carolina Memorial, Roger and his staff when planning for the loss of a loved one. Roger went way above and beyond on my mother's service! I cannot thank you all enough!!

The service and attention to detail was excellent for my mom’s celebration of life. The staff was very professional. The facility and accommodation met our expectations.
