I have been doing business with Greg and Furniture Barn since I moved to Myrtle Beach, and I recently needed a pantry cabinet, and after searching all over I went " back to the Barn" and within a week, the perfect cabinet is in my home at a very competitive price. Great experience! Went looking for one thing, but found an awesome deal on something else. Very helpful sales. Prompt delivery the next day. As furniture stores go, it is on the smaller side, so may be hit or miss if you are looking for something specific.

I realize now why they have a 4.9 star rating having had the pleasure of meeting both Greg and Antonio. My mother had been looking for living room furniture and recently had a stint in the hospital. She wanted a dual recliner that would rock back-n-forth, but decided on 2 recliners instead. We still have one and the other just wasn't the right fit (color) for the room. I didn't know what to do having purchased the furniture several days prior, but Greg insisted that if anything was unsatisfactory - he would take care of it. I contacted him and stated the issue and without hesitation - said no problem - he totally understood and even gave my mother the option of using the chair for additional days before picking back up. Furthermore - he took my payment over his personal phone several hours later after the store had closed. We soley visited his store based on his solid rating on Google and they deserve every bit of that. Needless to say - Antonio came back to pick up the recliner and Greg provided the refund. My mother would still like another couch/recliner at some point and I will contact Greg to see if he can secure what she wants in the event he doesn't have it. Top notch customer service for sure! I can't say enough about this place, prices were very affordable and the furniture was beautiful. The man that helped me was awesome and explained everything to me (Sorry I forgot your name😟) and to the guys who helped put my purchase in my Jeep, thank you. Shop local BUY local. Comparable to big box stores but less money and no high pressure sales people. Greg and Antonio are very helpful. Delivery guys are great and quick.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back for more furniture as we need it.

This is a small family owned business and the owner is very reasonable and friendly, he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. I have purchased multiple high quality mattresses from them and the last one (pillow top) I wasn’t 100% happy with, due to the fact I prefer memory foam. I had it encased an a high quality mattress protector, which he confirmed prior to agreeing to switch it out for me for a memory foam of my choice. Superb customer service! I would definitely recommend this place over other expensive furniture stores when it comes to mattresses. His prices are unbeatable and great quality and offers up to 20 year warranty on some if not all his mattresses as long as u keep them encased in a mattress protector, otherwise the warranty is slightly less, at 10 years.

I can not begin to tell you the Great experience. I have been looking for a twin bet set for weeks that was affordable for my granddaughters first big girl bed. Greg the owner welcomed me like he knew me for years and his employees were just as welcoming. Great selection at affordable prices. I didn't have a date to pick up the bed so he was so kind to hold it for me. My pickup fell though and Greg had it delivered within 4 hours of me calling him, plus I was able to add an item to my order without going back to the store. Talk about Great customer service. Outstanding!!! Customer for life!!
