I had a prescription filled without confusion.i tend to experience a bunch of back and forth at current pharmacy. I remember going to this place and they have simple process for patients that require several medications filled regularly.

Many years ago I worked as a tech at CVS and Walmart. I had such a negative experience. Larry and all the staff are exceptional. They are always helpful and informative . They go above and beyond to help. I truly feel like everyone that is employed there has a passion for people and their career .

Best pharmacy ever! Synchronized meds for my husband is so great. Larry did an awesome job giving me and my husband the Shingrex vaccine and explaining the possible side effects. Everyone should use a family pharmacy instead of the big box. I especially like the home delivery.

Let me start by saying I felt very welcomed and appreciated as soon as I walked in. I had never been here before but needed a flu shot. I talked to Tina and she got everything as far as paperwork and everything in order before I got there. I walked in, carrying my service dog, which they welcomed him along with me. I was greeted by Amy at the front and Larry and the other staff greeted me from the back. Everyone looked happy to be at work and enjoying their job. I felt totally safe as far as my safety with covid-19. I much appreciate that. Tyler took me to the back to give me my flu shot. As we were walking he gave me the flu shot. I had no idea he had even given it to me. Best flu shot giver, good job Tyler. As I began to leave I talked to Tina and Larry, very kind, caring and friendly people. All in all I will definitely drive from Rock Hill to Lake Wylie to get my flu shot from now on. This pharmacy took the time to actually care about me and my wellbeing. I felt valued as a customer and I know my business was much appreciated. Remember people shop small businesses. They need it now more than ever. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. I really appreciate everything you did for me today. If I could rate 100 stars, I very well would. Thank you all so much.

I have been a customer of Lake Wylie Pharmacy for a few years now and they are a great pharmacy and always have the brand of meds that I prefer. Larry went over and above to make sure I had the brand of meds I have been using for years! You won't get this kind of service from the huge cooperate pharmacies. Thank you again Larry and staff for taking care of my needs!

Larry is outstanding and Very personable and caring of his customers. While my insurance plan requires I use another pharmacy, I seek His expertise and genuine willingness to help me understand and feel comfortable with my meds. I will continue to support LWP with other items I purchase from them.

I've never had a pharmacy put so much effort into fixing other people's mistakes. My doctor kept sending the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, it either had the wrong strength, or directions, or some other problem. The doctor's office would not respond to my messages, but despite the doctor being the one to screw up, someone at the pharmacy kept calling the office until I finally got the right prescription, and it has been perfect ever since.

Hate to post this months late but saw a negative review for someone that helped me tons...Nikki Wilson- she came to the Pickup window to assist me -she was awesome. I was having a panic attack and Nikki was Super helpful in calming me down, offering to call help for me and made me happy to be a customer there.

I have been a customer of Lake Wylie Pharmacy for years and have never had a negative experience. I have always received high quality, timely services efficiently and respectfully.

The staff are very nice here. To me they go above and beyond to help with any prescription problems with their Doctor's mistakes.

Wow! Talk about quick and so easy!!
I live in Fort Mill and the pharmacist mails my script to me I ordered inflammation meds yesterday afternoon and receive it the next day..
