Courtney was our server and she was so sweet. She made recommendations and explained anything we had questions about. I found the Loveless cafe on a list of places to try for their nashville hot fried chicken and it was delicious! So glad it we came. Food came out quickly. We were just passing through Nashville but we'd definitely return if in the area again.

Amazing breakfast, best in the area! Been to Nashville several times, and this was the first time getting to The Loveless Cafe.

All I can say is wow. Had the brisket and eggs with a side of biscuits and mushroom gravy. Couldn’t finish. The brisket was some of the most tasteful I’ve had in a long time.

The place is busy, but well organized. Did not wait long for a table.

If you are interested he area and want the best breakfast around m, do yourself a favor and hit this spot!!!!!

Worth going out of your way to have a wonderful down home cooked meal. Everything is made in house. When we entered we were struck by all the photos of famous people who have visited in the past. We were there in their slow season so seating was quick. Starting in spring they get very busy during peak times and one can expect a wait.

Our waitress, Cali was just friendly and on top of things. Answered all our questions. I recommend her if you can request it. She brought out fresh hot biscuits with in house made peach and strawberry preserves. Sooo good and delicious.

Chicken fingers were huge and fried correctly, and very moist. Probably some of the best I have had. So much that I brought some home. I think they make them from scratch. Green beans and turnip greens had lots of flavor. Greens had a slight kick which made them perfect. Hash brown casserole was excellent, much better than Cracker Barrel. I ended the meal with coconut cream pie. Topped with FRESH whipped cream. Lots of coconut flavor. Quite possibly the best CC pie I have ever had!

This is worth a visit even if it means going out of the way. I would consider taking an extra hour drive to visit. Obviously this is a popular place judging by all the reviews.

Someone in Nashville recommended this place to us so we had to try it. We arrived around 1030 on a Saturday morning. The wait was around 40 mins. Not a bad wait, plus they have corn hole and other games outside to play, along with a few shops to visit or shop while waiting. They texted our phone when our table was ready. We walked in and were seated instantly. Great customer service! The biscuits are really good with butter and the jellies they brought out. I had the pancakes and they were so good, as well as the country ham. A little salty but that's expected out of country ham. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

What a fantastic place with an amazing staff and amazing food!

Our experience here was top notch. We only had to wait around 5 minutes for table and our waitress was phenomenal. She was. Rey helpful in our question and even provided some suggestions to help us break the tie on what we would order.

The food was perfect. I love breakfast and it was great! The country ham is the best I’ve had. The French toast was delicious. The chicken and waffles were amazing as well. Our kids even cleaned their plates which is amazing!

I highly recommend dining here!

This was a awesome find off of the Interstate. Think of old town country cafe. Homemade biscuits with peach and strawberry jam as a table appetizer, served when you are seated. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Roll over grandma. Chicken fried chicken breast with chicken gravy, what a special Tuesday treat. Pie to finish, peanut butter, awesomeness on a plate!! I would definitely recommend that you make the trip off of Interstate 40 for this.

Happened upon Loveless Cafe while traveling through on the way to Kansas City. Couldn’t be more impressed with everything about this place. It was busy and we were told it would be a long wait but with shops all round the restaurant, the wait was a breeze and we even got in 30 minutes before when we were told our table would be ready.

The food was spectacular. We had the Nashville Hot fried chicken. Not too much heat but delivered the iconic, excellent, Nashville hot flavor. The sides were all phenomenal as well. Highly recommend stopping by Loveless Cafe!

We had breakfast there on new years eve 2023 and there was only a 20min wait for our party of four. There was plenty to do while we waited given the 2 gift shops we found on the side of the restaurant. There are also plenty of photo opportunities from their historic sign out front to the cut outs they have around the property.

The food was delicious! Everything we had was great. Especially the cheese grits. Its hard to find good grits at a restaurant and thesebdidnt need anything added to them. My partner thought the ham was on the salty side but he did eat it all so it must not have been too bad. I thought the fried chicken was well balanced with good seasoning and just enough crisp to it.... some places have more crust than meat and thats nit the case here. The fried green tomatoes were delicious though something to dip them in would have made them amazing.

The service and the atmosphere was great. The place was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return next time I visit Nashville.

My husband and a couple of friends came to TN to look at different cities, land and to vacation. We were told about Loveless Cafe by our Airbnb hosts who are local in Fairview and we are SO glad they mentioned it! We came three days straight since hearing of it and each time has been AMAZING! BEST food! We are so sad to be leaving the area, and leaving loveless! We will certainly fly back (the food is worth it)! Thank you to Courtney who was the sweetest thing, and provided amazing service and laughs! We were also helped by Maria and Rebecca! Great service by each. We loved the whole team/food/vibes of the cafe! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Holy smokes, there is definitely a reason the Loveless Cafe is a world famous eatery. To start, the cafe is itself a quaint very homey-style place with a very southern comfort feel. In addition to the two little shops, this is more than just a place for food, but an experience.

Our family enjoyed breakfast on this occasion, with fresh warm biscuits served with two delicious preserves. The biscuits are truly awesome. Several of us ordered the breakfast bowl, with me in particular getting their famous pulled pork version. It was downright delicious. The bowls are built with country fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, pulled pork and covered in gravy. Each bite was delicious, getting a bit of everything in a bite was heaven.

I neglected to get a photo, but also enjoyed their moonshine Mary Bloody Mary drink which was also awesome.

Don’t miss out on this place if you’re visiting, well worth it and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic place for breakfast. I got the fried chicken and waffles (pictured). The chicken was extremely good and the fry was light but very good. The waffle was fantastically fluffy while not being too wet. They also had a special of their 24 hour slow cooked brisket that we got and it was amazing. The biscuits and home made jams they serve are honestly one of the best parts. We got there an hour after opening (8am) with little issue and by the time we left there was a significant line out the door.

Food was amazing, we had an awesome waitress named Maria. She was the best we’ve probably ever had anywhere! Treated us like one of her own! The food was great, a little bit of a wait but as busy as they were that’s definitely acceptable. Portions were awesome and the price point was great as well! We will definitely return!

Our friends took us to this timeless Nashville treasure, and it did not disappoint! The food is real Southern, just like my Grandma made growing up. And I won't say how many biscuits I ate with dinner.
If you're in Nashville, it's definitely worth a stop--and you can see all the famous people who came before you!

The fried chicken at The Loveless Cafe is a flavor explosion! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The seasoning is spot-on, making it the go-to spot for fried chicken lovers. Quick service and a cozy atmosphere complete the package.

We visited the loveless last week for the first time and it’s a must try restaurant if you are new to Tennessee cuisine.

They are famous for their biscuits for good reason. They come hot and served with wonderful preserves.

Both of us got the Supper Sampler Platter.

Amazingly, both of us agreed the meatloaf was the star of the plate. I’ve never had it with topped with bbq sauce, and if I ordered it again I would have them keep it off, but it was seriously delicious.

Second for me was the fried green tomatoes. It’s a must try.

The pulled pork was very tasty and tender and a large portion.

I enjoyed the catfish but it’s far from the best I’ve tasted. Still a very good choice.

I had enough of a taste of my friends smoked pork chop to know it is very tender and delicious. The fried chicken was also quite good (even though we ate it cold the next day)

Donna loved the Mac and cheese (I wasn’t a huge fan but I’m usually not so take her word not mine)

The only miss for me was the hash brown casserole which came out cool instead of hot, but Donna loved that too.

Skip the hush puppy if you get the catfish, and save those calories for more delicious biscuits instead.

If you get there early enough make sure to visit the country store/souvenir shop that is in its own building.

If you could possibly survive this meal and still eat dessert I salute you, but there was no way I had room.

It’s a 10/10 overall experience. The food, the vibe, decor and atmosphere are uniquely middle TN. Nashville might be evolving, but there are still remnants outside downtown that will quickly make you understand why it’s such a hot spot to move to. Southern hospitality at its finest.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville. The biscuits alone are worth the drive. And these are extremely tasty biscuits.

A fellow colleague selected The Loveless Cafe for breakfast and we happily followed. The atmosphere is buzzing. There's no way you can step into this building and be cranky. No way possible. We had a nice size group, but it didn't take long to seat us.

I had a delightful breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, country ham and grits. Mind you every restaurant doesn't do grits right. We also shared a few desserts because why not have dessert with your breakfast?

Overall, a beautiful experience. I highly recommend you make a stop whenever you're in the Nashville area.
