I purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee from here on 7/26/24……Gary and Lee went out of their way to get me what I wanted while keeping my payments in my comfort zone. These guys went above and beyond my expectations! I will be returning to them and I will consistently recommended this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I work in customer service myself and I know how I make my own customers/clients feel so I always have high expectations from others and these guys nailed it! I felt like my voice was heard, my time was valued by them and I wasn’t treated like a number or a dollar sign, I could tell that they wanted my business.

I bought my first Wrangler back in January from Myrtle Beach Jeep and 2 weeks ago we were in a pretty bad accident. We were hit in the back by a log truck and shoved into pick up. This jeep was my favorite vehicle I've ever had and I've had plenty (woman driver) my wrangler held up so well being sandwiched in between a log truck and a pick-up. I knew I was going to buy another one as soon as the insurance totaled mine out. Today I went into Myrtle Beach Jeep and I was treated like family from the sales people to the finance manager. Unfortunately I didn't put gap insurance on my first one... Bad on my part! (Definitely put GAP insurance on the car!!) I can't thank Cane, Mike and Tyson enough you guys are awesome!! I'll definitely be back but hopefully not too soon.

Has to one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Ed Lake went above and beyond to make our car buying experience memorable. They have earned my business without question. Every dealership should emulate how Ed Lake treats customers. For sure will be repeat customers.

Traded in my 2016 Jeep wrangler (which I purchased from them in 2016) for a new wrangler. The sales guy was very nice even put up with my pickiness. I’m 90% sure his name was Hilton. I went in knowing what I wanted and left with exactly that. Even spent less than I was expecting. 10/10 recommend.

Just purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Lou! We found the perfect Jeep we have been waiting for, minus one feature, LED lights. But Lou got these added on for us with the purchase. He was great to work with and helped us get in amazing Jeep.

400 miles from our home and our 300S begins to over heat. We knew that there was a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer off 17 Bypass so made a bee line for it. Pulled into the Service area at 4:00pm as the entire dash went RED... that's never good. Walked in and meet the greatest group of service providers. Our guy was Jarad a 100 ⭐ employee. He listened to my plight as well as our soon to be completed trip to Columbia SC. He said a bay just opened and would get us in right away. Folks, this dealership was super busy as I heard other service managers say it could be a day or so before they could get an appointment. One hour after we arrived Jarad advised us that we needed a water pump plus a system flush quoting us a price and that the car would be ready by 4:00pm the next day. Guess what...it was and they even extended to us the 10% veterans discount. Folks, we could have been stranded but each and everyone went out of there way to make us comfortable and ready to travel by the next day. We travel to SC and Myrtle Beach often and guess who's our SC dealer?? Yup MB Chrysler Jeep Dodge!👍

It’s refreshing to be able to actually leave a pleasant review. I’ve had so many bad dealership mishaps throughout the years, coming here was truly a breath of fresh air. Nick, DeShawn and Tyson were so great. We did 5 different test drives on multiple SUV’s and traded in a vehicle and the entire process from start to finish and out the door was only 3 hours, that’s with all the test drives. UNBELIEVABLE! we just moved from NY and I’ve waited 3 hours just to simply do the finance paperwork alone in NY. Super great and friendly staff. HIGHLY recommend this dealership! They really do know how to go above and beyond, take care of their customers and treat you like you’re family. I appreciate you guys!! Thanks for making this one of the easiest, most seamless car dealer experiences I’ve ever had.

We called for an apt because we couldn’t open our Jeep hood a day prior to a long road trip to NH. They didn’t have any openings but asked us to stop in anyway. The manager immediately looked at it, called out a mechanic who jiggled, inspected, figured out the problem then took it in and fixed it! We were so relieved, AND they wouldn’t charge us!
Now that’s a good business etiquette!
