The start of our relationship with Beach Automotive has been wonderful and easy. We visited that day to simply see the differences in the suv options in person and walked away happy. From the moment we drove up, we were welcomed by Sales Associate Michael, then expertly cared for and completed our purchase with Sales Associate Landon. Landon answered every question and then some, went the extra mile to assist us with purchasing our Lincoln Aviator, provided plenty of details on the vehicle including the massage option!!!, and patiently set up our Lincoln app. We’re in love with the vehicle and Beach Automotive. After purchasing, we brought the Aviator back for our warrantied Triton interior and exterior sealant protection and was delighted to receive a new Aviator courtesy vehicle during the service. Easy set up and allowed us to keep moving during the day. Ella walked us through everything and kept us updated throughout. Everything has been extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and efficient. We can only hope that our experience with this dealership continues on in the manner it has started!

Mike Lee was so helpful and accommodating with the purchase of our Volvo XC40. We live out of state, so we had to do some of the work via phone and email, but everything was so easy. Mike and the entire team at Beach Automotive were great.

Who in the hell likes buying a new car?
I guess not many, but this dealers buying experience was pleasant and stress free.

My salesperson, Mari Gent, was gem to work with. She was patient, pleasant, not pushy, and very accommodating to my needs and decisions throughout me, looking at multiple vehicles asking a lot of questions and test driving multi automobiles. But wait the the decision is made, and now the pushy finance guy, right? He was nothing of the sort, just as patient and friendly as Mari ( I wish I would have gotten his name, but he is from Buffalo, NY, without the Yankee mindset.
After the complete sale, Mari sat with me in my new vehicle and showed me all the bells and whistles.

The next day, I came by to bring in some paperwork on my tradin, and the head sales guy behind the counter ( black gentleman in a nice shirt and jacket) thanked me for my business and seem very sincere as he spoke it. 5 stars all around for this staff.

My wife and I were in a market to trade in our old Nissan Maxima to a BMW, Volvo or Audi. Looked up Beach Automotive Group online and then went there. The moment we walked in all the sales associates were very friendly. The dealership seems like a very cheerful atmosphere. We met with Michael Di Nino who was the sales associate.
Luckily, he seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every way. He was also very patient and took his time to introduce us to some cars and we went for test drives on a few of them.
We decided on the Audi A6. The whole process from choosing a vehicle, was very smooth and seamless. Thanks to Michael Di Nino. He even took extra time to explain in detail and go over all the car’s functionalities and how to use all the instruments on the Audi. He is the best I must say. We were very fortunate to have Michael as our sales associate. He made our experience extremely positive and pleasant. If we have to do it again, we would go to Beach Automotive Group and have Michael work with us. Ask for him and guaranteed you’ll be satisfied for sure.

I just leased my fourth car from Beach Lincoln. My husband purchased a 2016 MKX also from Beach Lincoln. For many years my sales associate was Clay. He was such a gentleman and always went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my car. My lease was up and I went back for the next lease. This was a sad one because Clay passed the end of last year. I met Aaron who really had big shoes to fill. Aaron did a great job. Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As I said he had big shoes to fill and he did a great job.
Beach Lincoln gives you a family friendly feeling and they go out of their way to make a deal work best for you. I recommend Beach to many of my friends and it is the only Lincoln dealer I will work with. Keep up the good work Beach.
