Wish I could give 10 stars. Joe the jeweler is beyond phenomenal. I have never left any store crying with just the purest happiness. I left my mother's wedding rings to be repaired which were over 50 years old and had been cut off her finger due to a work accident 40 years ago. Found them when mom passed away in 2016 and thought they couldn't be repaired. Thanks to Joe I wore those rings with tears out of the store. They look so amazing. Need a jeweler? Please go see joe!!!!

I had a flashlight engraved there today. It turned out beautiful and their customer service is one of a kind! Absolutely fantastic experience! Will definitely go there again.

Side note: I was dressed in dirty cargo shorts from just getting off work and they treated me with utmost respect so idk what that other person is talking about in their review.

Awesome customer service anything you need help with they are right there. They have the knowledge and people skills where it's rare to see someone walk in the shop and walk out empty handed unless their broke at ocean jewels. Whatever your budget is they will find a nice piece for you to show off I love this jewelery store with their no pressure sales knowledge and experience they will make you have confidence in your purchase
