I have never been to a Kay’s that I love so much. Jill is amazing, and always has a smile on her face. I had a problem with my ring one time, and she took such great care of me. Jill makes you feel like family each and every time you enter the store. I recommend this store to everyone looking for that special occasion ring, or even just if you’re just wanting to get something for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed by the amazing customer service you will receive walking into that store. I can’t say enough good things about the manager Jill. I’m so glad I made my purchase there.

Hi, I just like to say, Brittany is one of your best employe. as far as I’m concerned. she is a great person very sweet & very caring. She gave me great service. She told me a few things about my ring, and she has lot of knowledge in her field. I would always go to Brittany with other jewelry I have. that needs to be taken care of. Kay's at Coastal Grand Mall stole my heart almost 19 years ago. Jill Goldfinch, the manager was the most welcoming and knowledgeable representative I could have ever asked for. We had gotten married without rings, and were then ready to make our purchase. After going over to Reeds and Zales, we were not even acknowledged at either store. Perhaps because I'd just finished taking care of my horses and gone straight to the mall. But walking into Kays, we were welcomed. I've never ahopped at another jewelry atore other than here , since! We've bought thousands of dollars worth of jewelry here with Jill and will continue. We Love her so much!

My father was looking to see if they would take links out of his watch band. They do not do that.
We looked at the watches. My dad did go across the way and asked them as well.
But they said no also.
He came back .I was still there talking to one of the ladies that was there.
My father decided to buy a new watch.
They even took the links out to fit his band.
I would like to give a shout out to Brittany and Rileigh for excellent customer service and my father is happy.

Since we moved here in 2005, this has been our go to Jewelers. Jill and staff are amazing. They truly know their merchandise as well as their customers needs/wants! The knowledge and friendliness of the staff keeps us coming back. I can tell Jill what I am looking for and she always goes above and beyond. Professionalism always at the forefront each and every time we enter the premises! Not only do I just shop there, I always recommend to friends and family to shop there as well. You cannot ask for better!

Samantha was an amazing help with getting our wedding bands! Everyone was so cheerful and very helpful as I had no idea what design of ring I wanted but left with one that fit my engagement ring perfectly!
