BMW of Myrtle Beach

The folks at Myrtle Beach BMW really went out of their way to make us happy with our recent purchase. With the exception of some issues around the wallbox charger, the experience was great particularly as it relates to their efforts to finding a car with the color palette preferred by my wife. The good news, I am next up for a new car and my first stop will be at Myrtle Beach BMW!

I’m not usually compelled to leave reviews but I was so impressed with the great customer service and the way I was treated by Tom Hamilton, Jason Grimm, and Tim Rebe that I had to leave this review to let people know how amazing they were. They got me a great interest rate on a 2024 BMW. The price they gave me was unbeatable. But most importantly, they treated you like family. Leaving there I felt that they truly cared, treated you with kindness, respect, and were very transparent. Even tho I live in Charleston, if I ever get another BMW again I will be coming back to Myrtle Beach just to see them and give them my business. I can’t say enough nice things about how impressive they were. Thank you gentleman for such a great experience. I love the car as well! Best regards.

I might not know every salesman at this dealership but I can confidently say that mr Tom Hamilton is one of the best peopl that I have ever met. Even though I was only 19 yrs old, Mr Hamilton still treated with respect and given 10/10 customer service. I don’t really feel comfortable talking to random people but he made me feel as comfortable when talking to him as I have been knowing him for so long already. This isn’t a biased review, Just wanting to say my honest thought bc he truly deserves to be known like that.

Im always nervous about buying a car out of state, but my entire purchase experience with BMW of Myrtle was amazing. Upon my initial call, I was connected with an extremely professional and polite salesman, Michael Maely. From our initial conversation, to driving off the lot, Michael made sure that my wife and I had every piece of information we could ever need to be 1000% satisfied with our purchase. I was genuinely impressed by his product knowledge, not only with the BMW lineup but other vehicles on the lot. Ive dealt with many sales people who are clueless about what they are selling, but this was not the case. The finance department was able to get me a great rate, save me some money, and get me out the door in a timely fashion. I look forward to another Myrtle Beach trip, to do business with them in the future.

Dr. Thomas Jackson III went above and beyond on making the car purchasing experience an amazing event. The finance director Jason Grimm did an amazing job explaining finance options and assisting in helping me find one that fit my budget. In terms of maintenance and service, the service advisor Phil Serritella has gone above and beyond in helping me schedule repairs and acquire transportation accommodations when my previous car has had last minute issues. Phil has extensive knowledge and experience with BMW’s, his suggestions and advice holds its weight when dealing with repairs and issues. He is 100% trust worthy, I will continue to choose him solely to handle my repairs.

Dierris was very professional and helpful with my search for a new car. When I arrived, I was already prepared in which cars I wanted to see. He was very patient and pulled every car I had on my list. If your in the area go check him out! He's awesome!!!!

After several years of purchasing our BMW’s and getting them serviced at Myrtle Beach BMW, my wife and I coincidentally had a new purchase and a service appointment for our other car within the same month. We were doubly impressed with the experience of buying another new BMW and having an excellent scheduled maintenance service provided back to back.

Our sales professional, Mike Maely, is consistently diligent, thorough and meticulous in making sure we get the performance (which is a given with BMW’s) and the features that we want with every new purchase. And even though the rest of the sales staff were aware that we were buying our new car from Mike, they still greeted us with a friendly smile when passing by in the showroom. A few days later when I brought in our other car for a scheduled service, that same sense of professional courtesy was evident throughout the service department. The service staff was impeccable, attentive and timely. They did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner.

Having personally worked with the public for over thirty five years, I know many of the challenges and rewards that come from dealing with various types of situations.
These guys have individually and collectively pushed forward with a proactive and dedicated effort to provide a high standard of service that matches the quality of BMW automobiles. Five Star Treatment all the way! My wife and I purchased 18 vehicles between several dealerships, and we agree our treatment here was the best. The Myrtle Beach Mercedes BMW Dealership was fantastic. We ended up purchasing a BMW by comparing several options on the lot. Luckily, we had an amazing Sales Advocate who had the patience to deal with our comparisons. I would 100% go back and make sure to ask for Brad Stewart. Top notch treatment and most importantly we knew he was being honest with us. It felt like we had been old friends for a long time whereas the sales manager had just introduced us. I have never had a sales process where I didn’t question a thing. He and his team also took the time to show us the technology pieces that would have taken us months to figure out. At the end of the day, we love our new BMW and will be back soon for additional purchases!

Came in briefly today to look at the purple M240i. While it was, unfortunately, a bit too small for my needs, I had an outstanding experience there with Thomas. He helped track down the vehicle, which had been sent to the wash bay, and got me into it to check it out. His professionalism and overall attitude were what you would expect coming into a luxury car dealer. Hopefully the next time I visit I'll get to work with him again.

I've purchased many luxury cars in my lifetime - my experience with BMW of Myrtle Beach was one of the best overall. I have a smaller BMW dealership closer to my home, but I'm glad I chose to drive a bit further and use BMW of Myrtle Beach. They seem to run a large operation and top to bottom, they're pros.

Ordering my car couldn't have been simpler - I configured the car online, spoke to a salesperson (Michael Sclafani) over the phone, we negotiated an acceptable price, and the car was ordered. No need for anything face-to-face, saving me the trip to Myrtle Beach until the car was ready for pickup.

All along the way, Michael kept me updated on the status of my new car and I found him honest, conscientious and easy to work with. Best of all, my car came in sooner than I expected and was exactly what I configured. There were no surprises on the price and picking up my car was easy.

I'm fairly new to this part of the country, but I feel like I've found a gem with BMW of Myrtle Beach...I'll definitely look to them next time I'm ready to buy.

Everyone at BMW of Myrtle Beach was fantastic and I had the best car shopping experience. I knew I was looking for a HEA spec M2, and Michael Sclafani took care of me! Even though I was 12 hours away, Michael sent me a video walk around of the car. Realizing the high demand and low supply of these - we drove through the night to arrive around opening time. I was greated and we test drove the car. Afterward we settled the deal.

The finance manager, Jason, was friendly and great to work with. He didn’t try upselling additional packages or plans that I didn’t need.

Once everything was signed and finalized, their BMW Genius, Sim took the time to make sure I knew how to use all the new tech in my car and set up my phone with all the needed apps.

Michael Johnson was the absolute bomb while helping get into my new X2. He answered all of my questions, went out of his way to ease paperwork nightmare, and even stayed late on a Friday night for me! Michael made the process easy and enjoyable! Make sure you ask for him when you want a new car!!

Worked with Simone and was very glad I did. She not only gave great advice, but she knew what she was talking about. I’ve always hated dealing with service departments because they always try to add on extra work to boost the bill. Not Simone, she tells you what you need and only what you need. Actually made the encounter pleasant instead leaving feeling taken advantage of. Highly recommend working with her.
