What a great experience we had me and my fiancé went last minute to buy or wedding bands and Jennifer was so helpful and was very kind working with what we wanted such as style and pricing , im so glad she was able to help us she does such a great job she later checked out on how we were doing and if we had any questions to call her . We’re so happy I would 100 % recommend it .

I love this Store! We got my Anniversary Ring and Band with Heather Bryant and she is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, approachable and so kind, she took the time to explained to us all the different cuts, clarity etc, and there are so many, it can be very overwhelming, but she explained it so well that, we were very comfortable and confident in knowing we were making an informed purchase and the best part we never felt “pushed” to do it!
I highly recommend Heather and this store! I am in love with my rings and we are back every chance we get, from small teacher gifts to big celebrations, we will be customers for life! 🫶🏼🥰

Zales are the best. I recently went into the local store where I live in Myrtle Beach at Coastal Grand Mall and was greeted by 2 of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was looking for a nice wedding band and Heather and Jennifer treated me with the most patience and respect I've ever seen from any store I've ever been in. I had problems with the ring I chose and went to return it they helped me to find the perfect ring for my occasion. I couldn't be any more pleased with what we found. If you're shopping for jewelry please stop in and give them a chance to help you find what you're looking for I guarantee you they're personality and professional services will blow you away. I wish all employees were like these 2 young ladies and the world would be such a better place and shopping would be so much easier. Thank you so much for helping me find exactly what I was looking for and for being so kind to an old man who is very picky. You ladies are the best and absolutely made my day.

I purchased my husband's wedding ring from here and it is amazing, I am so in love with it. When we first started looking we had no idea what he wanted for a ring. We worked with Linda on a couple of occasions trying to figure out his style. Even after a couple of months in between visits Linda still recognized us and was able to help us find the perfect ring. She is amazing and patient and can really help you find your style. If you are looking to purchase anything from Zales I would talk to her and she can guide you to your perfect match! I can't wait to work with her again to pick out my wedding band!

I called in needing to know first if Zale buys back jewelry. Heather was the young lady I spoke with and she was quick in answering what I needed to know. Secondly I asked about possibly being able to get a receipt for the ring purchased. And indeed as long as you have the number that would be associated with the purchase they are able to pull up the receipt sale. Which Heather did. I also asked if a copy of receipt could be emailed to me as I hate driving. Their Tablets were down but Heather was quick with another way to get me a copy of the receipt without having to drive in. She text me a picture of the receipt and in doing so it was blurry and she took the time to do it again and then come to find out it was not the rain receipt that I was needing it was another purchased ring receipt that I needed and she quickly gathered that receipt up for me and took a picture and sent it to me she was very patient with me and having to resend pictures due to being blurry and very polite. I highly recommend Zales as your jewelry store not only due to the beautiful jewelry but to the customer service staff that they have aboard. I definitely look forward to my next jewelry sale in the future and I would definitely make sure that Miss Heather is working that day and that shift it will be a delight to meet her again thank you Heather

2 weeks ago I went to zales in coastal grand mall to find a gold chain, Ms.Ashley helped me out and she was amazing. She told me the difference in chains and helped me find the right one that fit me.I ended up buying two since she helped me find a great price!

Edit- I have been going here for 2 years now. Ms Linda is WONDERFUL. Her customer service skills are top-notch. I've been looking to upgrade to a different enhancer for my ring, and anytime I've stopped in, she would alert me to what sales were happening, and yesterday with her help I made it a reality!
She took the time to make certain I got the best price and also that I got full credit for my trade In. Thank you so much, it's soooo beautiful !!!

The best people!!! I have had multiple wonderful experiences with this store. Anyone there is more than capable than being upfront, honest and helpful. If you have a budget no matter what it is they make you feel welcome and important. My husband and I usually deal with a lovely lady named Nichole.
