You Eat I Bake is an amazing bakery. Our first time there, but all the items that we bought and tasted were very good. There are alternatives pastries for those that have allergies to nuts or eggs. Give “You Eat I Bake” a try, you will be happy you did.❤🎂

Nicole created an awesome cake for my son's birthday. All he asked for was "a cake with tractors" and she nailed it. So happy with it! We got an assortment of goodies when we picked up the cake and everything was so delicious!

Words can’t describe what incredible service and also amazing cake you eat I bake makes! We had a lemon cake which was divine (lemon is not my usual go to flavor but it is my moms and it was just the right amount of lemon - very very refreshing). I was running a few minutes behind coming from out of town and Nicole was so helpful she waited a few minutes to make sure my mom got her cake on her birthday! I cant give enough praises for this gluten free shop. Hands down the best bakery experience I’ve had. Thanks Nicole!

Delicious treats with an owner/baker that really cares about the quality and safety of their food.

Very active on Facebook with updates. It’s a small shop, but can more than accommodate a sweet tooth with certain restrictions.

Our go to for treats. Not just because they are gluten free, but because they are delicious.

My Husband and I were searching for a bakery with vegan options for our wedding cake and stumbled upon this little bakery and immediately added it to our “must try” list. It was the first one on our list to try and with one bite we knew this was the one. I’m not a sweets person AT ALL, but any time I’m in the area I’ll check to see if she’s got chocolate cupcakes on the menu for the day! Our wedding cake and cupcakes were DELICIOUS, and a huge hit at the wedding. She delivered them all the way to The Peanut Warehouse in Conway for us the evening before the wedding and it was very difficult not to sneak a cupcake before the wedding 😂 Vegan or not, if you’re looking for the best cupcakes you’ll ever have in your life, look no further.

This is one of our family's highlights when we come to the beach. We have 2 with allergies consisting of Gluten, dairy, and eggs- doesn't lend itself to finding a baker very easily if at all. We stumbled onto You Eat, I Bake and as a mom, I have never been more appreciative than I am to Nicole. Each time my girls walk into her Bakery, we know they can pick what they want with confidence they won't get sick from the ingredients or cross contamination. Since finding this gem, Nicole has seen us through birthdays, holidays, Bachelorette parties, and even my daughter's wedding cake in a different state!
We all have our favorite desserts throughout the year, but if you come during the Summer, the peach cobbler or peach with blueberry cobbler is absolutely AMAZING!!
The inventory Nicole offers is always fresh and she only stays open until that day's inventory is sold out. My kids can hardly get to school on time, but by golly, they can be up and at the door when Nicole flips her sign to Open no matter what day it is!

We recently went on a Myrtle Beach trips and we decided to try a bakery with vegan options. We were fortunate to find the peach cobbler on the menu. It’s out of this world. In fact this is one of the best bakery desert I’ve ever had.

We also tried the cookies which were amazing. The owner is very friendly and experienced. If you’re looking for a great bakery in Myrtle Beach SC with vegan options don’t hesitate to make this place your destination.

Update 2022:
Wow. We tried the peach cobbler again and it’s still phenomenal.
We’ve also tried cupcakes and the strawberry were a hit.
The crumbles desert might be my new favorite. It’s outstanding.

Nicole shows passion and care in her baking and her customer service. We chose one of everything and have no complaints! Our family favorite was the spiced cupcakes with vanilla frosting. My other favorite was the caramel oatmeal cookies. The kids may have chosen that one as a favorite too except for the fact that after I took one bite I didn't share the rest.

Best glutenfree/allergy friendly treats I have had between SC through PA! Very informative on allergies and wanted to make sure we were set on what needed to be avoided! I will return again and again.

This bakery is 100% gluten and nut free! THANK YOU!! I highly recommend the bundt cake with chocolate ganache. It was VERY GOOD. The carrot and caramel cupcakes were good.

It is a VERY SMALL establishment so they only allow one group in at a time. I appreciated this because the employee was fully focused on serving us and answering all our questions. In this era of CoVid it was nice not to have to worry about social distancing while inside.

The prices were VERY REASONABLE! We had 5 items in our group and it was less than $20. Very good for the "beach pricing" and being VEGAN!

The only negative is they didn't have a restroom. Thankfully the lovely lady at a neighboring business allowed me to use their facilities. I won't include her business so that she isn't inundated with bathroom requests ;)

Delicious desserts! We have always struggled to find allergy friendly desserts for the dietary restrictions in our family, but we’ve now found our place. Everything was perfectly baked and delicious! Would highly recommend and we will be back often for more :)

OMG AMAZING! Cupcakes, cookie pie, cookies! Plus she was very sweet and accommodating. The entrance and setup was a little unusual but upon later reflection it did make the most sense. I guess sometimes the simplest process is the best one. Everything was gluten free but some items were also Keto and Paleo. I'm not either of those last two but it was neat to see there are options for a farther reaching audience. Well done! Oh, and the prices are VERY reasonable for store made gluten free desserts.

As a vegan, I often come across items that are both "vegan + gluten-free" so that omnivore places can "tick the box" and provide options for us "outliers." The trouble is, not everyone does this WELL, so I've become very skeptical over the years and often will not try something if it's also gluten-free, as I've found that so few people get this right.

You Eat I Bake not only gets this recipe right (pun intended), they NAIL IT. The cupcakes here are some of the best I've ever had - of any kind - omnivore, vegan, or gluten-free. The chocolate cupcakes in particular are out of this world.

I have yet to try something here that is sub-par. This is a must-stop every time I visit Myrtle Beach (which, thankfully, is very often : ) ).

My husband and I were visiting Myrtle Beach from Chicago and being gluten free I was really excited to find this super cute bakery. Everything we ordered was delicious. My husband who is not gluten free also said what he ordered was delicious. Definitely recommend!

We tried several of her offerings today including the cocoa velvet and cookies and cream cupcakes, along with the apple spice mini bundts, caramel oatmeal cookies, and strawberry cupcakes with chocolate ganache. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious while being gluten and soy free!

Nicole made this cake for my parents' vow renewal ceremony. She was wonderful to work with!
It was not only beautiful, but it was delicious! No one knew it was gluten-free! We got the orange with cream cheese frosting. The first bite took me back to my childhood favorite- Hostess orange cupcakes!

Delicious, gluten-free and vegan baked items. The prices are very reasonable, and both the mini-bundt with chocolate ganache and the apple cider cupcake were awesome.

My husband and I went here today. Oh my goodness. Best. Bakery. Ever! He has food allergies to dairy and nuts, so it is often very hard for us to find desserts he can have. There were so many options! He had an orange cupcake and I had a kandy cake. Both were amazing! We were so impressed with this find and we will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Myrtle again. Thank you for all of the work you do!!

We came in this afternoon, had the Mint cupcakes, Velvet cupcakes and sun butter chocolate cookie cake. It was all amazing!!
