Best Buy

I needed a photo scanner to scan over some of my grandmas old photos. I was told at this Best Buy that they only carried a desktop size one (I was traveling and wanted one that could fit in my suitcase). I went to multiple other stores with no luck. Ended up coming back to this Best Buy with the intention of settling for the one I didn’t want when I ran into your employee Nat. He knew of a cabinet where the rest of the photo scanners were being kept and because of him I was able to find one that fit perfectly in my suitcase! Thank you so much Nat!

Prince sold me a really good computer today. I worked with him this morning and it was a disastrous circumstance. I had professional obligations to attend to in 24 hrs and was lucky enough to backup my original computer before it finally died. Nearly caught fire at my house a 10 yr old computer. I caught the very last day of a sale, which was sheer luck, but Prince ultimately directed me to an i9 processing speed laptop with 1 Terabyte of Storage geared towards professionals who handle heavy heavy programs like I do and do a little bit of gaming on the side. I don't think Best Buy does commission, but I hope Prince gets a raise. He didn't show me anything outside of my budget, and really showed me 'function over fashion.' On a personal note just my opinion, I noticed SOME flashy laptops were actually weaker than the one I was buying - and the difference was 1000 dollars. So this made me trust Prince even more because im not naiive to the terminology or lingo spoken about tech. He steered me towards the right choice, which was away from gimmicks or flashy items and go for strength and structure. Honestly I don't need to spend another thousand dollars on something flashy if I'm the only person who sees the laptop. Original price was 1400, on sale I got it 999 for a very powerful laptop.

I purchased a gaming laptop here today. The worker named Nat was extremely helpful. Nat is very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated his help and how well he knew his stuff!

Purchased a necessity for work, and was able to walk in, meet a friendly employee,scan my receipt, and voila! Instant great service, and a Really good deal. There are a few options to enter this area. Be careful about making a left turn as it's a busy area.

Buying a new computer can be a daunting process for one who's not too familiar with all the fancy new specification changes/ latest tech. Thankfully, this Best Buy had Luke, who is a true computer expert. Luke patiently and non-judgmentally took the time to listen to my requirements/preferences for a device, explain the different specifications, and assist me in selecting the best quality deal. It honestly was unexpected and quite refreshing that an employee (in 2023) would have the necessary knowledge to explain and back up the products and services that are offered... Luke went above and beyond. Every other employee I encountered was also very professional and helpful. Thank you for selecting kind and talented individuals for your team. Truly shocked at the wonderful customer care.

The geek squad cleaned my phone for free after I was hacked. They have my loyalty. Great place.

I was an avid customer of a Bristol Best Buy for years...and just called Best Buy about ordering 2 TV s....Larry was extremely helpful...especially when I had problems with my phone...I am not most electronic smart person around...anyway.. I have a delivery coming on Saturday and all is great 👍 👌 thanks Larry for helping this old grandma out!!!

I had my desktop parts picked out by a Manager named Nat, he was great! Highly recommend asking for this guy for anything electronic related. Computer has ran great ever since!

Great experience there! We were looking for 2 specific lap tops and they weren’t on display but the young kid that helped us went above and beyond to find them! Glad we chose to go to this one.

Nat helped us out BIG time. We were struggling to recover data from my wifes iPhone and Nat worked with us multiple times to ensure that we got the help we needed and our problems were fixed. With Nat’s guidance, patience and expertise he was able to help us!!! He knows what he’s doing! Would recommend Nat and Apple Kyle to anyone that has Apple issues.
