The girl I got was so sweet! I got my order quickly and correct with great service. This was honestly some of the best customer service I've had in a while. I wish everyone was this nice and cheerful to do there job and got my orders correct in the amount of time it took today. While I was there the two girls weren't talking they were doing there job.

Terrible customer service and the cinnamon rolls are not made properly. They're too thick and dry with almost no cinnamon at all. Thin layers with cinnamon oozing out after being warmed up in the oven is what Cinnabon is all about. Unfortunately this is becoming a regular experience at the Coastal Grand Mall location.
