Christine was an amazing saleswoman. She took her time showing me the various options available to me and followed up with me when I reached out with questions. I did not feel rushed and she really listened to what was important to me.

I would like to share my shopping experience at Ashley on 12/30/23. It was the best, definitely a 10 star experience. My salesperson was Deborah Lopes. She greeted me with a smile which set the pace. I told her what I was interested in finding, she gave me direction, allowed me to wander around myself, & then she reconnected with me. Most importantly she LISTENED to everything I was saying, answered all my questions, & she went above & beyond to assist me. Very knowledgeable. Deborah was wonderful as I told her I knew exactly what wanted, but then she showed me the dressers I wanted in a grey option which I didn't see on line. I really liked it and she placed my order, added delivery and protection. She also emailed me with delivery and is coming in sooner than anticipated. Deborah was courteous and knowledgeable about product. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Deborah is the absolute best! We have furnished our entire home with Deborah. She has absolute top notch customer service, attention to detail and awesome person to work with. I continue to reach out to Deborah whenever I need an additional piece of furniture no matter how big or small, she’s always there to help :)

I arrived the other day at the Ashley store just to get some ideas for my kids and I for our future home. I first met Christine M
And she was super sweet and helpful! After a while of walking around I got to also deal with Jim D who was also a huge help and neither of them made me feel rushed or pushy like some places make you feel. After lots of looking around with 3 young ones they started to get a little hungry and she even gave them a little snack to cheer them up! I would absolutely recommend going to this store and cannot wait to deal with them a whole lot more! Thank you both again 💓 we will be seeing you soon!

I bought a couch from Ashley before our big move from PA to SC. Deborah helped me with my purchase and helped to make sure it would be delivered in perfect timing! Deborah has checked in with me multiple times since our purchase. I have never received such quality service from anyone like I have with Deborah! Top notch!

I worked with Brian Zipay on a new couch purchase. This was the second round of furniture shopping with him & he’s incredible! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, not pushy, and ensured the couch would fit & look nice. He answered all of my questions & made sure the delivery happened quickly.

Deborah was amazing!! I swear she patiently showed me to about every sectional in the store. Lol! And I ended up with the one she had recommended first thing. She also suggested a lovely console table that was perfect for my place. Thanks so much for all the assistance and my beautiful new living room furniture.

First and foremost....Roderick Boyd was our sales associate and he was excellent. Not pushy, very polite, knew his business very well. We posed a lot of questions and I know we took a LOT of his time. He is very sociable and friendly. We will be calling on him again in the very near future. The store is very large with a huge assortment of home needs. Again we were not hounded for a sale. They do price matching and we took advantage. We did some serious purchases and Roderick was great for both in store and ordering purchases. I HATE furniture shopping and was with my wife but the environment and interaction at Ashley was actually a very good experience in furniture shopping.

Deborah was very attentive and made sure that we found the right bedding collection that fit our style and needs. I loved that she gave us our space to explore and think but made sure to check back in to see what questions we had.

From the sales lady (Deborah Lopes) to the delivery men, our whole experience with Ashley's Furniture was wonderful! Ans, it's not the first time we bought excellent furniture and were treated very, very well. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our furniture needs.

Went in the store looking for a mattress and was greeted by Brian Zipay. After letting him know I was looking for a mattress, he immediately starting helping me look. His knowledge, helpfulness, and kindness were GREAT! I would 10/10 recommend working with Brian to help you find what you are looking for!

I have worked with Brian Zipay numerous time over the years and he is simply the best sales person I have worked with throughout numerous furniture stores. His attention to detail is superb and I will continue to only use Brian for any of my purchases with Ashley Furniture.

Beautiful store with great selection and quality furniture for every room, as well as thoughtful and innovative features on individual pieces. Everyone was very friendly, from the front desk to the manager. We met our salesperson, Deborah, upon walking in, and she quickly shared her knowledge of everything we asked about from mattresses to dining tables and everything in between. There was not one question we asked that she wasn’t able to answer quickly, thoroughly, and in a way we could understand. She was friendly and enthusiastic, and we would recommend her, as well as this store specifically, to anyone!
