Had to replace my old windows 10 that was failing. They were able to transfer everything to the new computer: including my printer, bookmarks, pictures, docs, etc. They made the transition painless. Couldn't be happier

True Blue did a fantastic job repairing my MAC! I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was repaired and ready to go on Monday. The diagonis was accurate and the estimated cost was accurate almost to the penny. I was not able to pick it up until the following Saturday since I live over an hour away. This is the best experience I have ever had with a computer repair shop.

My daughter needs her laptop for online school and unfortunately it completely stopped working yesterday. After looking up various places that do computer repair I decided to take it to True Blue Computers. I brought it in this morning and explained that I needed it fixed as soon as possible as my daughter would be missing school without it. I was told that they would look at it and call me later to let me know what was wrong. I received the call early afternoon and when I finished work it was fixed and ready for pickup. Excellent customer service and the amount I paid was very reasonable especially considering how fast they got it taken care of. I highly recommend this business and will definitely go back for any future issues!

Very good same day service. My laptop was slow, they determined it had a failing Hard drive. They had it fixed with all my stuff on it, and faster than ever. Will keep coming back!

I called True Blue about the speed of one of my 2 front desk computers. I really didn't have the time to break it down and carry it to them, nor could I do without it for a couple of days. The technician scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and had me operating at light speed in 3 hours!!! I have used them a couple times for personal laptops also. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great service and no appointment necessary. Just take your computer to their store. We took in three computers and all were fixed to our satisfaction in the SAME DAY and for a reasonable price. Very Impressive! I was told by Best Buy that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than to fix mine. Well, True Blue fixed it for under $100. If I ever have computer issues again, I am going directly to True Blue!
