The Simpsons in 4D

I’m a Simpsons fanatic, so I loved it. For $20/person (there’s higher levels of pay if you want more goodies), this IMO is a must for Simpsons diehards if you’re in Myrtle Beach. The movie was from old Simpsons footage so it isn’t an original besides a few clips, but the 4D effects make it feel new. You also get a free donut with your ticket. I thought the donut was good too so that’s a plus. The kwik e mart is awesome with cool Simpsons merch, though sadly the day we went the drinks and slushie/squishee machines were down. Would a non Simpsons fanatic want to spend $20+ for them and possible family to do this? I can’t say. But I think all Simpsons fans would enjoy it. Cool photo ops outside the building and inside the theater too. They give you a QR Code for your photo with Homer and Marge and Maggie but honestly, I think my iPhone photo came out better than the professional photo they took. So make sure to ask the staffer to take a photo from your phone too if you do the photo op with the Homer and Marge statues. Idk how busy it gets during peak tourist seasons, but I came in October and there was no one else in the theater with my wife and I but a family of 3. As a Simpsons fanatic I am glad to have scratched this off my bucket list.

Such a great experience for a true Simpsons fan! I’ve loved the Simpsons since their start so I was extremely excited to visit this. I went during the wk and was the first and only customer at the time they opened. But I saw more trickling in after I left. I can imagine wkends and later in the day can get crazy crowded.

We had so much fun! That staff was really sweet we loved the guy in the front of the building with the tattoos he made the experience 10/10. We bought two donut tickets which gave up a discount at the store beside it and free donuts. There was a guy who was on his first day and he didn’t know what the discount was and didn’t give it to us but we wasn’t worried about it. We enjoyed the show and will be back!

Great family fun place. Really enjoyed myself, location is great and you are surrounded by other tourist attractions. Amazing props for great pics 😀

We had a great time! The gift shop was cool to see as well. Bought a Tshirt. The short shows were a fun experience, and we enjoyed our pictures with The Simpsons! Every Fan owes it to themselves to check this experience out.

Another fun activity for the family with kids! Strongly recommended. Actually more fun than expected. There are also plenty of characters painted outside and inside of theater building you can take photos with. No need to purchase VIP ticket. Seats are not reserved. You just walk in to seating area and take seats. Recommend to sit at 2nd or 3rd row because all the bubbles fly out at front.

It was fun for the whole family kids and adults the prizes are like 18 each not bad u get a free family photo and the movie experience last about 15 minutes so if ur looking for something quick and memorable to do this is it

Took my 13 yr old son who is a Simpson lover and is also autistic... the experience was great for him. The two young ladies doing pictures and letting the viewers into the theater were just amazing with him. So patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

One of the more fun 4d movies I have scene. It is appropriate for all ages and has a cool waiting area to help add to the overall aesthetic. I enjoyed it and will I am not the biggest Simpsons fan, I grew up watching enough of it to really have it feel special. While I don’t know about a whole theme park, maybe a few more Simpsons themed attractions in that area. Maybe even turn it into a mini Springfield. That would be cool.

The only thing that could have made it better were if the emoloyees themselves were huge fans of the show. And if the Bart in front was cleaner so I could get better pics! The place was clean, in perfect condition. The seats were great. The 4D effects were so fun! I've only ever been to a 4D Theater once before and it was just ok - this one knocked it out of the park! Worth every penny especially if you're a fan! Bonus points for having an actual ticket ordering window and being able to stand in line with Simpsons characters for the complete experience!

Edit - after reading other reviews I thought I should add we only paid $12 per person and the videos are a total of about 15 minutes long.

I gave this 5 stars because I love the Simpsons so much .... However.....The staff at the Movie theater were kind of abrasive and rude ( namely Vicki ).. She was very snappy and rude and seemed to be targeting my family for some reason. She told my son he was going to caused "thousands of dollars worth of damage" to the statues when he was simply posing for pictures with them. It is very pricey for a short film and the gift shop doesn't have a lot of stuff.

Loved the 4D show! The Kwik-E-Mart is pretty cool as well. They have some pretty cool memorabilia and the food and drink is tasty.
If you are a Simpson's fan, like me and the wife, this is the place to go.

Fun ride and experience! The Kwik E Mart was cool and enjoyed a Squishee. I wish they sold magnets for my souvenir collection. I ended up buying a T shirt and Squishee decal for my car.

A little pricey at $15 for the 15 minute movie but I got my money worth. Effects are great, 3D is great and they kept the social distancing and masks well. Parking is free and very close. KwikEMart is a lot of fun and better than what's at Universal.

An awesome 4D ride!

I'll admit that I've seen hardly any episodes of the simpsons, but after experiencing this ride, I'm pleased to say that you do not need to know TOO terribly much about the show to understand everything!

I had a quick little wait of about 10 minutes before I went inside, and to me that only heightened my anticipation!

Once inside the lobby, there are movie posters depicting in-universe lore, statues of characters, and you can even get a QR picture with a statue of Homer, Maggie, and Marge!

Of course, you exit through the gift shop, which I wouldn't mind anyway, but the gift shop is a real life Kwik-E-Mart that is very faithful to one from the show!

So glad I did this experience and I was super happy about the photo that was included! I found a coupon online for the show so that was the deciding factor. The experience is cool. It probably depends on the shoe and I don't want to give it all away... However you might get wet. 💕

This place is so cool! Definitely have to check it out if you’re in the area. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Donuts are delicious and show was fun!!

So cute! I love that they have an assortment of squishies to try, pretty cool! It almost seemed a little bare, but it was straight to the point and it had some very cute things to look at, definitely worth the trip.

Amazing, I only live an hour from Myrtle Beach and I am also a Simpsons fan. The 4D movie is approximately 30 minutes long and is awesome and worth the money. It’s fun and more accurate to the show than Universal Studios, definitely recommend.

We stopped here while visiting Broadway at the beach and we are so glad we did. Loved trying the Duff Beer so cool and good. The slushees they had was really good. Love this store and will be excited to come check it out again.
