Purchasing my vehicle was a seamless process. My bank, at no fault of the dealership, lost my title before it was issued to me by my state. It has been a complicated two-year saga, and the ladies in the title department have been relentless in helping me get the issue corrected, even though it wasn't their error. Superior customer service, even way after the sale was made. Give those ladies a raise!

Just purchased a 2015 Tahoe Ltz. The process was fairly quick as we were in and out within about 2-3 hours including test drive. They gave us a fair deal on both the Tahoe and our trade. Found a used car that I liked online at Kyle Edwards Buick GMC. I emailed an inquiry, and immediately received a reply from Brandon. Brandon was super responsive to all of my questions without pressure. I ordered an inspection using Lemon Squad and decided to purchase the car. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
I arranged for transportation to ship the car from Oklahoma to my home using Montway. Brandon handled the scheduling details with the transport company. I spent all day in Tulsa, Oklahoma looking for my first ever car. I was hassled, pushed around, and was treated terribly at nearly every place that I stopped because I wanted a good used car. None of the cars I was shown were good, they were either way too expensive or just awful in quality. I came to Kyle Edwards as a last resort, I was tired and honestly just wanted to go home. The staff and quality of the cars instantly brightened my attitude. Every car I saw was of great quality for an agreeable price. Louis Angell, our salesmen, was extremely pleasant and helpful and he helped find my dream car! Him as well as the other staff made the horrors of the day before all better by their great service and friendly attitudes. They didn’t just care about making a sale, they cared about seeing me in a safe and dependable car! This won’t be the only visit I make!
