No hassle place. Go to guard shack. Checkin. Then driver entrace past dock 30, or 31. Last time there, they needed a 53 number. Try to get there within an hour of appointment. Watch your gross. Pilot within a few miles. I had no weight issue. 76k gross.

Place kind of messy because there doing construction and seems to be very tight to go through with a semi, but there is plenty of room to manuever. And people here are very nice.

Great place for a trucker quick load easy acces

My experience was great! Appointment at 11a, got door at 1107 and at 1135, I was loaded with 22 pallets of tea,and on my way. I don’t know about receiving, but they was loading the hell out of those trucks yesterday. I was spooked reading the reviews lol, but you can’t always go by the reviews. EVERY LOAD IS DIFFERENT!

5 stars because...
* They have a restroom for Truckers
* They have a lot you can stay in overnight if you ran out of hours (probably you can stay there if you get there early)
* Girls at the check-in window were pretty nice.
*I had an appointment but was 4 hrs late b/c of delay in unloading at my previous spot pulled in for a dot inspection). Although it did take a while, they eventually worked me in.

Appointment was 1600. I arrived at 1400 and was immediately shown to a door. Was loaded and had my paperwork by 1430. No complaints from me.

5 Star review, so far, for helpful lady security at gate.

WARNING TRUCKERS:
There is NOT overnight parking.

As a couple of driver said it was.

The security guard called many numbers that didn’t answer on this Sunday.
But, she reached her supervisor, & was told no overnight parking. There were no other trucks there, either.

I don’t know if these guys wanted to waste other drivers times, if they had their time wasted, her (something I’d imagine, nowadays, insecure, selfish, dangerous drivers would do. Your types are of the devil. Go to hell, alone.), or, if things changed in the past few months.

Nevertheless, no overnight parking.

Great loading time was a great experience from gate security to shipping.. got here at 5:30am for a 6am got a door right away. im now loaded and with paperwork in hand at 7:30 and leaving at 7:45am thanks Refresco!

Remember treat others how YOU want to be treated and dont go nowhere with a bad attitude!

Saturday morning appointment was set for 7 an checkedvin at 653am out at 735 friendly unloader and friendly guard

Got here 2.5hrs early after reading reviews...no issues with being here early. Getting loaded 15mins after showing up.

I was 12 hours late the young lady said we’ll work you in, I was called about 10 mins later and it took them about 30 mins to load the trailer, really nice folks, from the guard shack to the warehouse 👍🏽

Unloaded us 5/6/17 in about ten minutes! Wow that was fast. There was a break room with vending machines and a microwave too. No dumping trash anywhere on this property by truckers. Go to dock F if you are dropping off and Dock E if you are picking up.

My appointment at 10 am in the morning I arrived at so early at night ... But I'm lucky! Old guy on forklift he unload my load at night... Just ask him politely

Skyler and crew were professional and nice. Informed me my appt was later in afternoon; THEN PROCEEDED to put me in a door and said it may be a little while but they would work on it. WAY BEFORE MY APPT, I WAS LOADED AND GONE. If i was on time and they loaded me that quick I would still say Thankyou. Fantastic group of people thanks. Fred. F AND F TRANSPORTATION. TEXAS.

Arrived early. Was assigned dock at my appt. time. Was pulling away a little more than an hour later. Not a bad delivery for me.

Deliver here at my app time and didnt have any issues, plenty of space.

Very nice ppl in receiving. Checked in 2 hours before appointment,she gave me door and unloaded in 20 minutes. Amazing 😉

I delivered and picked up. Delivery was right in a dock. Pick up half and hour before appt. Hour 2 load. Ppl were pleasant.
