Randolph Memorial Park

I go to RMP about every month today I had some question and so I went to office. Talk with Amy and she was very helpful and for most part answer my questions. I want to thank maintenance crew also I think they work hard to try to keep park in good shape.

The team they have now are doing a awesome job.
Needed my father's stone fixed and they were on top of it.
Thank Erin Poindexter for understanding and having compassion for our family, we will be recommending you and the park to everyone we know.

I was in the office to order a marker for my Father in August 2022 and was told that it would be back in about 6 weeks and I also paid for my mother's marker to be refinished. Well it is January now and no one will return my many calls. An email was sent to corporate but no response to it either. The fees had to be paid up front. This is very sad because we have not had our private service for my Father. Maybe social media or a lawyer can get someone to return my call with some explanations? Susan Upchurch Wenda.

I have had zero issues with Randolph Memorial. My daddy is in the chapel, I go out often just to sit, but I also decorate for each season. I also have friends buried out there that I enjoy going to have a quick talk with.

To be honest I don’t know or have seen how bad the quality of the park has become. I’m only giving it five stars cuz I miss. It be-in able to drive down they’re to see my Mother Deborah McDowell, Grandfather Clinton McDowell and Grand Mother Mattie McDowell due to how far away I live from the graves.

They are overall good place are slow at getting markers placed same problem with multiple family members. The yard goes ungroomed for extended periods of time which makes the park look bad at times. Friendly staff never been hurried away by anyone at anytime and I've lot of family here.

This cemetery has been here awhile. It cud use some updates. Difficult for a funeral procession to have ample space to park without blocking someone else in. It seems crowded. The grounds were neatly kept. A fountain and some benches placed around the cemetery would be a nice touch. Something besides a large space of flat markers with small vases of flowers sticking up everywhere.

Was going to give 1 star but I wanna be fair. In regards to Duane Zorns head marker, Numerous times we have asked to clean up the weeds around it and the US flag was totally shredded. Got a replacement flag but the marker still looks trashy. My wife was there today and nothing has been done. Assured by Courtney TODAY, t his marker will be cleaned.

When my mother passed away, we had a terrible time getting her plate to lay flat. The dirt continued to get washed away from it, causing it to have deep holes all around it. It was very wobbly and just looked horrible. It took over 6 months (and several visits and phone calls) to get it right. My step Dad passed away in early March. All he needed was a small date plate added to the marker. We were told its a simple task and they had them on hand. It's now the end of July, multiple phone calls and visits. And he still does not have his date plate. Excuse after excuse as to why it's not complete. All money due was paid in full at time at time of service. Very disappointed in the way things are handled.

I visited my parents graves today: the grass needs to be mowed and is so overgrown that the names on the markers aren't visible. I've called and complained before only to get the run around about why the area wasn't mowed, trimmed etc.

Caring person today found my Aunt's gravesite when nobody else could.

Outraged at poorly maintained grounds. Muddy tire ruts running over graves and markers. My parents and relatives are buried there.

Someone really needs to deal with all the extra zombies everywhere, very distasteful
