The store manager is wonderful. She is amazing with her staff and customers. Flynn O'Hara is not a typical retail store, since schools have requirements for uniforms that students need to abide by, it is a different experience - and can be a challenge for the workers in accommodating customers. The store manager and her staff handle it with grace and are wonderful. Their assistance and service to the customers who walk through their door is above and beyond.

This was our first time shopping at Flynn O’Hara and Eunice was absolutely wonderful! She made it so easy — pulled everything we needed and had us on our way within 30 minutes of arriving. She even managed to make it kinda fun for my kid who normally hates trying on clothes. If you have to shop here for uniforms, make sure you request her!

We recently went to the Flynn O, Hara store in Raleigh. Through past negative experiences in New York I was anxious about my visit. Through my own fault I waited till take end of the summer and was afraid they weren’t going to have the sizes I needed. I got there right at 10 and Sophie D was our assistant. She was AMAZING. I have a 4 and 9 year old and she knew exactly what she was doing. Super knowledgeable, patient, and very sweet!! I couldn’t have asked for better help. With all the trying on and figuring out quantities of everything it was so nice to have the help we did. It was a great experience!!

Noor greeted me at the door which started a wonderful experience. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in answering my many questions. She took great care of me. My whole experience to check out was easy, efficient and I got exactly what I needed. Definitely a great way to get my families’ uniform needs!

Sophie did an excellent job helping us in the store.
Eunice was awesome at the register and when helping us when finding shoes. She had such a fun happy vibe!

Today, I arrived at Flynn’s near time of close. I had impeccable service from Miyah and the manager Mary. They were patient and helped me with sizing for our ten year old who is entering 5th grade. They worked with me and my husband well after closing. I am thankful and grateful for their kindness. Tekeela Barnes

Eunice was a life saver for us. She helped us with all of our sizing issues! She was patient and kind. Anja helped us order all of our needed items. What a great team! We are now ready for another school year. We are very thankful for the wonderful experience at Flynn & O'Hara Raleigh.

I had a wonderful first experience at Flynn O'Hara in Raleigh. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. I worked with Rua and Libby and they were both very nice and helpful. The facility was also clean and inviting. 5/5 stars!

Our recent visit to the store was exceptional. We came in to get our son fitted for his school blazer. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Teresa Bloemeke was amazing, and she helped us a ton.

Sophie Dean made our first visit getting ready for Kindergarten a complete breeze. She answered all our questions, helped us figure out sizing, and made the experience a pleasure. Highly recommend.

We were helped by two wonderful, professional women at the Flynn o hara Raleigh location yesterday. They were so helpful with sizing and helped us choose pieces that other students typically wear at our new school.

Miyah was very helpful and patient with myself and three babes as we selected uniforms for my oldest. This was our first time here and she guided us thoroughly in picking out what we needed!

Awesome service!!! Jasmine, Journey and Mrs. Mary were phenomenal!!!! I usually dread back to school shopping due to having to have my two girls try on different sizes etc. this team was exquisite and knowledgeable! Jasmine took the lead and was extremely through and efficient, she had my girls try on different items to assure they had the right fit, by the time we finished trying on clothes she had all our items ready at the register for checkout. The team worked well together, spoke highly of one another and the store and made back to school shopping for my husband and I stress free!!! Thank you ladies especially Jasmine!!!

Let me just say good customer service is hard to find these days, but not here. Mrs. Mary and Jasmine are amazing and have an amazing group of young ladies that works with them. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the uniforms. It was nice for me to walk in, give them her clothing size, and they pick the correct size uniform! We didn’t have to go through the hassle of trying on different sizes. Thank you ladies for making uniform shopping a breeze with sprinkles of fun!
