Loved this cozy cabin, I truly enjoyed yoga out by the pond. This place Was so relaxing & quiet. The staff was attentive and always on property. They always went above and beyond. I enjoyed many days doing yoga on the deck by the pond! I truly miss this place, would love to return soon! I would highly recommend this sweet spot!

It's not just a motel, it's an experience! A great place to getaway from the city. Totally retro vibe and plenty of space to relax by yourself or with the family. The owner is great with hospitality and has grills available. A nice playground with ping pong, basketball goal, and old time playground slides and swings. Everything looks like it did 40 years ago, which is great!

New owners are trying to revive this gem! If you like retro lodging, you will love this property! It was clean and had great spaces. We enjoyed the pool, the stock pond and the outdoor gaming area. It’s not fancy and they are aware of the updates they need but if you like something different than the chains, you’ll enjoy staying here.

My husband and I stayed at the Indian Lodge last minute when our weekend place fell through. It was so much more than we thought it would be. If you are tired of the same old cookie-cutter hotel experience and want more, this is the place to stay! It has character, great history, amazing owners, and the customer care that we all want out of our experiences with businesses. We love to see small business owners who have taken a piece of community history and invested their time and money in making it great! Go stay there and see what we are talking about.

We loved the Indian Lodge! The retro vibe was fun, the rooms were very clean, the kitchenette was roomy, the pool was sparkling clean. Mostly, Margo and Dwight were so kind and accommodating. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

New management just took over and it is obvious they care a lot about the property and the history of this location. The neon is in pristine condition, they are in the middle of working so hard to get this place cleaned up and fixed up, and the room we stayed in was clean and tidy. The hosts were exceptional; they were very attentive and helpful with our every need or question and were very nice down to earth people.

A true oasis in the middle of all the corporate lodging choices in the area. The most courteous and hospitable management I have found at any hotel/motel. They have a genuine concern that your stay is pleasant, peaceful and fulfilling. Can't recommend this 'hideaway' more...a truly relaxing and restful experience.

Owners run the place and are very nice and accommodating. The place is like a time capsule from the 1950's when you pull in. It is awesome! The rooms, while very simple, are very clean and very well kept. The beds are very new and in excellent condition. I am working in the area and am staying for the month. My room is very spacious and has a full kitchen. It is very calm and relaxing here. Thwy have puc nic tables, BBQ grills and a playground for children. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back on my personal time with my family.

I remember this place when I was a kid so it's been around a long time. It is old but very well kept. I can't wait until they get all the rooms remodeled. We will definitely stay there again.

The new owners are very nice and will work with you and get you into a room that's perfect for you. They check in on you to see if you need anything like towels etc. The place itself is beautiful and the rooms vary, the one we are in has a little kitchenette, as in a room with a dining room table, a couple chairs, sink, microwave, 2 burners and a small fridge/freezer combo and cabinets above the sink. It's really close to alot of activities and not far from 69 (about 10/15 mins) Highly recommend staying here, especially with a family and friends, there are lots of lil games like horseshoe and volleyball, a pond, tables, swings etc fun for everyone.

This is a very nice vintage lakeside hotel. Great service and clean facilities. These facilities were built in the fifties I believe. But the owners keep it clean and comfortable.
