Bojangles

Decided to give this location another shot. So glad I did. Met the new Store Manager Jessica, she is absolutely amazing!
We talked for a little today and she said she's working diligently on getting staff, and slowly cleaning up the place.
Bojangles you done an amazing job with this one!

Picked up a chicken dinner right before 4 on 1/27/23. It was ready on time. My family loved it because the chicken was perfectly fried. Botato rounds and seasoned fries were hot and fresh. Nice young lady brought it out!

The manger is a Little biased because I was from nyc she didnt want to answer my questions about the food or even look at me once I said I was from nyc ..
But the other worker came and was very nice and the food was great 💯

It's not the best Bojangles I've ever been to, if I'm in Thomasville and craving Bojangles. I wouldn't hesitate to stop and pick someone...

This was the first time i been to a Bojangos and the chicken was hot and fresh and the people were happy and were happy to serve.

Went to Bojangles today with my mother. We ordered two 3 piece combos. After the order was placed I told the lady that I forgot to add a large dirty rice, she went and made the dirty rice and gave it to me for free. This was very sweet of her, and her overall customer service was great. Her name is Treasure and she deserves a 10. We need more wonderful people like Treasure working in fast food. :)

Maria when above and beyond to make sure i had and fresh food. The quality of her work effort would make her an excellent for management. Despite being her time to leave she finished my order with quality

Well, while visiting family in Thomasville in JULY 2023. I had decided upon a quick Saturday morning breakfast. The drive-thru lien was super long. So dining inside was the best option. Pleasantly greeted by the employee. I ordered a DR PEPPER & bacon egg biscuit. I loved the biscuit. The texture, flavor, was flaky & fresh. Egg & sausage were seasoned well also. I didnt eat a lunch or dinner item. So, my review is based on this breakfast biscuit. Lol. So, yes, I'd recommend this particular Bojangles.

If you haven't tasted the biscuits you are missing a treat.

This may be the best of there stores. Fast service, hot food.

A very good place to eat under a new manager she is great she is trying to get it back up and running good. Just needs us to trust her she can’t pay for the previous managers mistakes.

I love Bojangles service and food but today my Granddaughters found this hair in her bacon. Come on Bojangles you need to do better or at least wear hair net when you're cooking food!!!!

Great customer service. I only ordered 2 large Bo Rounds. I guess they had to fry up some fresh ones because we had to pull up and wait. The only complaint I have is that it took 15 minutes before we finally got them. It wasn't as if they were packed out. There were only about 2 customers inside and MAYBE 2 cars behind us. The girl who brought our food out to us said she "gave you some free extra Bo Rounds because y'all had to wait so long". When I looked in the bag there were a total of 2 (two) extra Bo Rounds. I guess she thought that would make up for having to wait so long for something that shouldn't take longer than 6 minutes to cook! Other than that, it was an ok visit. I gave 5 stars because the food was hot when we got it.

The staff was courteous and prompt. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very conducive of a fine dining experience.

For the past few days I've come through and ordered just a chicken biscuit and tea. That has got to be the best I've ate from there. The chicken was fresh(every time I came? The biscuit hot and fluffy. I'd give more stars because it was really that good.

Really good hot food. We did wait for fresh supremes but my family and I shared time together as we were waiting. Edna the manager gave us sweet potatoe pies for having to wait. The fries were fresh. The service was great. People say there’s no such thing as perfect, but this visit was as close to perfect as you can get! I would recommend going here anytime!

Love their seasoned fries and Cajun chicken biscuit I wish they would bring back their Buffalo Bites.
