This place feels like it should be downtown big city somewhere instead of quiet main street in Chandler. It's so pretty inside with a ton of space, including a stage and room you can rent out. Very clean. There are old books and vinyls for sale along with merch. I got greeted with a lot of smiles. The staff answered all my questions. My biscuits and grave with Raspberry iced latte was very good, got it fast, and I paid $7 for all of it. My cheif complaint is that they close at 2pm. I wish they would reopen from like 6 to 10. Or just do it on weekends? I would be here all the time and so would my parents. Unfortunately , I am in town early once in a blue moon so I always just miss this place every time. I'm glad I got to stop in this morning. You should come check this place out!

Manvel Avenue Coffee Co. in downtown Chandler.

It's a nice spot on Historic Route 66 with an updated take on historic architecture. Lots of space, including a meeting room that can be reserved.

Since I just needed my morning jump start, I opted for a Dark Chocolate Mocha Frappe and a Sausage, Egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuits and gravy are also on the breakfast menu, and were almost chosen, because well, biscuits and gravy.

The frappe was excellent, with a significant dose of dark chocolate and great flavor. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was about four inches tall, and is everything a fast food breakfast biscuit isn't. Large sausage patty, light, flaky biscuit, inch thick egg and cheddar cheese. As one comedian has said, it's the type of biscuit that'll make you wanna slap your mama. Good thing she wasn't with me.

They have a wide variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, and a handy dandy explanation chart for those who aren't sure how to order a triple mocha espresso macchiato soy latte frappe or what they'd get if they did. They have a variety of breakfast dishes and light lunch fare, with sandwiches, paninis and salads. Even a kids menu!

They are open until 2PM daily, so be sure and stop by on your next Route 66 road trip.

It was my first time at this coffee shop. The staff was friendly and gracious, as I had my toddler with me. They made us feel welcomed and at home. My lavender latte was delightful and I would order my food choices again.

The food and service here is 5 star! Such kind people and great tasting food and drinks at a decent price. This probably has to be the best vanilla chai latte I’ve had. The egg and cheese biscuits were simple but so delicious.

Excellent service! We all enjoyed the Italian Cream sodas. Raspberry and vanilla. Get a chance go to Chandler, OK and visit this amazing coffee shop.

It was very nice, the service was amazing. The price of the coffee was very reasonable. The only issue I had was that the coffee was not very strong, but my husband's foo foo drink was great he had 0 issues, exactly what he wanted! Thank you for such great service.

Great experience - had a panini sandwhich, Street waffle, a banana pumpkin muffin and a chai tea latte. Really enjoyed our stop! Would visit again

I have visited the coffee shop several times now. There is definitely zero disappointment. The waffle is perfect, the egg and cheese panini is delicious, and I have enjoyed the three different coffee flavors I’ve ordered. The atmosphere is nice, it is clean, and the employees are friendly and professional. I was able to focus on some work peacefully, and I will definitely return.

This place has completely won me over and changed my mind on coffee altogether. It’s usually very quiet early in the mornings here even with a crowd. The staff members are friendly and work surprisingly quick. They have nice equipment and a very pretty building. The coffee is just amazing. I had no idea coffee could taste so intricate and wonderful! Looking forward to growing old with Manvel avenue coffee.

As an out of towner looking for a good cup of coffee I was happy to see that downtown Chandler has a cute coffee shop. Only got a vanilla latte but it was super good and extra hot like I like it. I thought it was better than Starbucks! Wish i was in town longer to maybe listen to some live music when and if they have it. ( they do have a little stage area so I'm assuming they must)

Cozy, pleasurable atmosphere and staff that is happy, positive and engaging. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee.

Stop here. We're doing a cross country trip from Albuquerque to Oh and back again. I have had some terrible salads. This one was terrific! Fresh mixed greens and berries, actual Parmesan cheese and walnuts. Also, if you are traveling with kids, for less than five $ there is a no frills pbj with a cookie and chips. They also have gluten free bread! The atmosphere is lovely, the young people behind the counter are professional, and then bathroom is clean.

Service was very good. My salad was sumptuous. I was really pleased to see the compostable water glass and the use of real dishes.

Great tasting coffee at a reasonable price!!! It is absolutely beautiful inside, with a small stage and a separate conference room, lots of seating, and the design and architecture is beautiful! They are very friendly!!!

Spacious and smelled like coffee. New, clean atmosphere. Friendly. I was there at 12;30, Thursday. The lunch rush had dwindled. Maybe a little pricey. $6.35 for a medium frappe(included a $1 tip) since I ordered at a counter and it was brought to me. He did a customized mixture for me. In Chandler, little ok town along Rte 66 in Oklahoma.

What a great place in Chandler. The servers were great and the food wonderful. Pricing was surprisingly good too. We both got Panini sanwiches and loved them. The atmosphere was nice and we just lingered for a bit enjoying the experience. Well done everyone!

Love this new place! Great conference room, virtually sound proof! Food is great, service is awesome, live music is fun. Room for lots of people to gather. What a blessing to our city!

This place was really cool and I was glad to see it in Chandler. The service was great and the selection is awesome. The seating in the booths is really roomy and they also have an outside seating area. The food was also good but it would be great to see more plant-based options!!
