Good selection of shoes. (Even though some of these newer styles are hideous) Friendly staff. **Diana** has ALWAYS been super sweet to my family and VERY helpful. She always greets us and makes conversation with the kids. (She has worked here since it was in the mall, and we've shopped here since the kids were toddlers) She is part of the reason we keep coming back.

Large selection of goods, they ran out of some sizes due to the holiday. I was still able to find the large size so I was able to get everything I need. The store clerk was very helpfully she went out of her way to help. You've earned a return customer. Thank you

I called first to make sure they didn’t discriminate against people who can’t wear a mask because of a medical disability and after telling her that I’m a Veteran with ptsd and the mask causes me to have panic attacks, said come on in so I did and she helped me get a good pair of shoes with an arch. Thank you again for Not making me feel like another worthless Veteran who nobody cares about. Thank you for being an American run company who treats people with disabilities with respect.
