The food was great and servers were all very friendly!! I walked out full and satisfied! It was my birthday dinner and got a free Sunday which was incredible 🤤

Very pleasant dining experience. A bit difficult to access from main road, but worth it. Nice atmosphere, good food, and our server Kirra could not have been lovelier!

Good waiter. Nice that they have outdoor which accommodates smokers and non smokers and dogs in both areas.. Food was great. Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken with bread and a salad which has a buttery sweet roll.

There was no wait when we went, and the place was pretty full. Plenty of parking. There was definitely something on the menu for everyone: seafood, pasta, chicken, burgers/ sandwiches, salads, ribs, etc. The crab dip was excellent with toasted bread or crackers as your option for dipping. The shrimp wrap was also really good and the fries were fresh. Salads came with a honey drizzled croissant as well.
Service was very prompt and the place was definitely clean.

A family member carried us here and it didn't disappoint. I had the ribeye steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. Wife had the daily special chicken dinner and our granddaughter got chicken fingers and broccoli. Everyone enjoyed their meals with everything cooked perfectly. Our waitress was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
We would definitely return again.

My mom and I originally stopped at Rucker John’s to dine in. When we got to the table, I realized that I had forgotten to bring my medication with me, and it needs to taken at a certain time daily. When the server got to the table, we requested to place a to-go order and the server showed immediate concern. We told her the situation - me being a cancer patient and having to take certain medications at certain times, etc. She said that she would put our order in immediately and ask it to be rushed. She got teas to-go, cashed us out, and our order was out quickly. She was amazing, not only for getting everything situated for us quickly but by being a sincere and genuine person. (The food was good, as well - I got the chicken penne and mom got the ribeye) Amber was the name at the top of the to-go receipt. Just wanted to shout her out for good customer service! Thank you :)

My wife and I just finished having dinner. We were seated promptly, and our waitress Amber went above and beyond. The food was good and came out quick. I can’t wait to come back in a couple weeks for my birthday. Thank you to everyone on the team at RJ for a great night.

We ordered take out for my mom's 61st birthday dinner and the food was Amazing!! The service was also excellent and they really went above & beyond to make her meal special. We ordered the spinach salad, cajun shrimp wrap with sweet potato fries, Kicked up nachos, and Debs chicken salad. Everything was soooo good. It was hot, fresh, and they had it ready quickly. Overall, we were very pleased and can't wait to order again soon. I highly recommend.

I absolutely loved everything about Rucker John's. I got the Island Chicken with wild rice and asparagus, so it was fairly healthy but was still delicious! I started with a basket of croissants and a side salad, which were both delicious as well. The salad was SOOO fresh. The food was excellent and the service was great. Will definitely be going back!

Impossible to not love, been coming here for years and never once have I been let down. Tried various items from their menu and have always been blown away (Burgers, Ahi Tuna Salad, and their Chicken Tenders are always the best) Their Battered Shrimp & Chicken Tenders are unique to the regular fried options most places serve, and are just as delicious as they are unique.

Make sure to order a basket of Croissants to go! A killer deal and the perfect easy breakfast option the day after! All of their bread options including the complimentary Croissants that are given with most meals are always amazing.

First time trying this restaurant. We split a 16 oz prime rib. So hungry I forgot to get a picture.. it was excellent. -- cooked perfectly. Plus there was live music 🎶 in the bar area. Very enjoyable dining experience.

This is one of the best restaurants as far as food goes in the Wilmington area. We wish we had discovered this sooner. The atmosphere, servers, variety, and quality were all super. This place does chicken right, from the marinade to grill. The flavor combinations will have you drooling. The tropical chicken and Santa fe were amazing. Even compliments on the sides, perfectly cooked. We will be back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the honey drizzled croissants. The fresh salad dressings are so good. One of my favorite things to order is the Crystal Coast Chicken. I’ve actually never had anything that wasn’t delicious. I love Rucker John’s and would definitely highly recommend it.

Great lunch her at Rucker Johns at Monkey Junction. My friend had a large size BLT and we both enjoyed the generous portions and quality meal. We did not have room for the brownie and ice cream on this visit. Tisha was our server. She was terrific.

It was very busy tonight but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly. The food was wonderful. We had fried battered mushrooms for our appetizer. SO good! I ordered the lightly battered shrimp. Cheesy grits and RJ fries. Sweet tea was on point!

Rucker Johns has been a local staple since inwas younger. Always good food. Don't miss out on the croissants! Food is always great. The place is larger than you would think. A calm environment makes for a nice dinning experience. Wish they had another Rucker Johns closer to Wrightsville Beach+!

Best pork chops around! Always friendly staff and if you love hopping johns soup, definitely have some of theirs!

Great waitress and yummy food. Club sandwich was packed and bread was buttery and toasty. Fries could be crisper but hey, they're a side dish. My friend had a huge salad plate that she loved. Recommend!

Great high class place with mid class price !
I visited here years ago and I was really surprised how great it was. A friend of mine who lived nearby suggested it to me when I asked him where should I take my wife for our anniversary dinner.

The atmosphere is very professional and clean very polite people wait on you here.

The food is so delightful, my wife enjoyed the ribs and some calamari along with some mozzarella cheese sticks. For desert we had this brownie alamode with cute sprinckles.

If you haven't been here give it a try, it's something different and very nice to try especially for an anniversary dinner.. wink wink.

We always have great service at Rucker John's, whether it was the Wilmington location, the old Greenville location or my favorite one in Emerald Isle. Always worth the money!
