I contacted the IOC and Heather responded to my inquiry regarding homeowners insurance increase and after her further review discovered I could save thousands of dollars a year on all my policies. She was able to provide comprehensive information on auto, motorcycle, home and a new umbrella for a lot less. She handled all the paperwork and within a few days I was able to switch over. Great job and I look forward to working with them. Worth a look if you are shopping for insurance.

Heather is the absolute BEST! Anytime I need lienholder information updated for one of my members she is on top of it! I send an email with the information and less than 10 minutes later I have an updated policy binder! She is always there with a quickness for any of my insurance needs! She is always professional, fast and efficient! I would recommend IOC to anyone!

He was always available an easy to reach. He even went the extra mile to reach out to our mortgage lender when we had questions about requirements and documents. The individuals at Phil Crisp have been unequivocally the nicest, most straight forward, helpful and insightful insurance agents I have ever had, and at one point in my life I bought insurance through a family member so that should say something. I actually had two different reps that I was working with over the 3-4 years I have been with Phil Crisp. Never once was I redirected or passed off; when I was told my agents were no longer with the company I was helped immediately by the first available Agent/Rep, and they treated me like they had been working with me the whole time.
I work in a commercial customer service position at my company and I know that ridiculous requests and frequent customer concerns can be frustrating. I recently had to file a claim after my wife was hit by another driver. I was riddled with anxiety and frustration since I have never had to place a claim, and like most I had some preconceived notions about insurance companies. Nationwide helped guide me through trying to strong arm the other parties insurance into paying the claim and when that didn't work they said, "well that's all you can do, now it's our turn." They helped me process my claim in a timely fashion and with great enthusiasm and confidence took my claim to subrogation against the other party's insurance. While they are still working out how that will all shake out I can't praise them enough for what they have done so far. If and when they will my claim and get me my deductible back I may very well have to post again!
