Caribou Coffee

Consistently have great experiences at this Caribou location! I frequently use curbside pick up as it is quick and efficient. Coffee is excellent and order accuracy is strong. If there are ever any issues the team is very kind about fixing it for you. I’ve spoken with the manager a few times and he is kind, positive, and helpful! Easily best coffee chain in Chapel Hill.

I recently moved here and I'm SO GLAD there's caribou here. I worked at caribou in college and I really love their coffee. I always order pounds of coffee from their online shop, but having an actual location to get the fancy drinks is amazing. I wish I could remember the name of what I got, it was incredible (iced foamy caramel salt) ohhieee so good. 10/10

I regularly pick up roasted, unground coffee beans here. It is my favorite! The service is always prompt and friendly. Drinks are consistently satisfying!

The staff are so attentive towards guests. Always extremely Happy and accommodating. Extremely knowledged in coffee and tea! Some recommendations id give are the white chocolate espresso shaker with oat milk cold foam, the hot or cold turtle mocha with Carmel your choice of Chocolate and little candies on top, and lastly the cinnamon coffee cake warmed up! It's so delicious 😋😋

We placed a mobile order while sitting outside. After a couple of moments I went inside and the drinks were ready and perfect. Love when Caribou is available.

For some reason this place has the best vibes of any coffee shop in chapel hill (except lanzas). It’s simple but it works. Solid coffee. Would prefer a real mug.

Got a really good white mocha! Better than the competition. Fast service and inviting atmosphere.

Coffee was made fresh. Very hot delicate coffee beans light yet robust coffee after taste.There were plenty of comfortable chairs and seats throughout the shop. Frappuccino was nice and cold a even blend of mocha an carmel. Sweet an rich chocolate taste. With a roasted coffee bean flavor. Staff was upbeat an kept counters clean and sanitary. Bathroom was spotless with plenty of soap an paper towels .

Amazing, let’s start of by saying that there is an app where you can order and your drink will be ready by the time you are there. They have so many bag and go parking spaces that it’s never an issue to get coffee on the go. The caramel high rise is amazing and I get it blended! The staff is very helpful and nice too!! Definitely great stop to grab a coffee to go or study!

All these years I've been driving by this spot. I stopped by yesterday. What a lovely coffee shop. Not cramped at all. A good mix of different types of seating... loveseats, tall tables, regular tables. The coffee was fantastic, and the service was great and friendly. The baked goods looked yummy, but I didn't indulge. I feel like I discovered a gem.

My place to go for good tasting quality coffee. So much better than star bucks, trust me. Whenever I'm near I make it a point to stop. Hoping one will come to southwestern Virginia soon.
