We had a great experience working with Sam at this Mattress Firm location! She was incredibly helpful and patient and also helped us find a great deal on an outlet version of the mattress we wanted. We didn’t even know about the outlet program where Mattress Firm will sterilize a mattress that was returned (only used by one customer) and sell it for a discount if it meets NC safety standards. This allowed us to get a Beauty Rest black mattress in a King size for about $2000 instead of over $4000. The Presidents’ Day sale was also happening at the same time and because we didn’t need the free adjustable frame, Sam helped us get sheets and a mattress protector of the same value. Delivery was a few days later and the team was on time and very professional. Our bed frame was purchased from a different retailer online.

I can highly recommend buying a mattress from this store. I had a problem with an online order and went to this store to arrange my return. I was met by the nicest and emphatic personnel. My daughter and I went to "look" at mattresses on Sunday. We were greeted warmly by a very nice, personable young man named Anthony, as we entered the store. He knows his "stuff"! I bought a new full mattress - she bought two twin xl mattresses along with two bed frames. And we did so based on his knowledgeable, "no pressure" approach. You are lucky indeed to have him represent your store!! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I went here needing a mattress on a short notice and Anthony was super helpful! He helped me figure out which one would be best for me based on my preferences and was conscious of the budget I told him I had. He also made sure the mattress I was looking at would be able to be delivered on the day that I needed it. It's been about a week since I've had it delivered and I'm still loving it.

This was the smoothest mattress buying experience I’ve ever had! Gregory was so knowledgeable of the different brands and styles, he was patient, gave me and my sisters all the options and answered our questions with ease. The stores policy with COVID was excellent and at no point was I worried that by trying out a mattress I would have any issue of catching anything. The check out process was smooth as well as I learned about their credit policy and interest free options. Since it was the holiday time I got my queen mattress for the price of a twin which made the deal even sweeter. I’m so excited to get my new mattress delivered and if I change my mind they have a 120 day return policy as well. Definitely recommend!
