If you are in need of shoes and great customer service, then Brown's Shoe Fit in Muskogee, is the store you MUST go to. My family and I drive from Tulsa, and I will not go to any other shoe store. I was there Saturday and I was on the verge of passing completely out. They took care of me until I got my wits about me, even walked me to my car, AND made me promise to call them when I got home! CLASS ACT this crew is!! THANK YOU!!

My husband Jeremy bought a pair of hooka boots in April. The sole just started coming off, he went in showed them and they replaced them the same day! Great service!!

Dorien and Levi were extremely knowledgeable in all things feet! I hadn't even known that I had high arches, let alone a fallen arch. They made sure I got both insoles AND shoes to give my feet proper support, but to relieve the pain in my back and knees too. Starting with a good foundation helps the rest of the body, and if I could I'd give them ten stars!

This is the best shoe store in town! They have tons of causal shoes, dress shoes, boots of any kind, and the best selection of running shoes in the area! Dorian is super helpful and has the answer to any question you could have, and always knows what shoes are cool and in style at the time. I have a great experience every time I stop by!

Once I walked in I instantly noticed that good people worked here. The prices are competitive but I don’t really focus on that when I shop at a store, I’m more concerned with the value. Amazing staff, even better owner! My friends know to only shop here! Thank you so much guys

So far this year, I have bought 7 pairs of shoes for myself, and my kids at this store ( 3 sets of heydudes, a pair of Hoaka, Timberland, Merrell, and Asportuguesas). I have come to rely on the expertise of Greyland, on each of my purchases. The Hoaka and the Asportuguesas, I would not have even known about, if Grayland had not pointed them out, and shown me just how comfortable they were. This is not the type of customer support and service that you could hope to gain from purchasing online. As long as this gentleman is working at this shop, I will be a return customer

Amazing customer service!!! It turns out the shoe I bought was not good for the intended application. They let me return it no questions asked and helped me find a better shoe for what I needed it for. I will be buying here again!
