Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Muskogee

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I thought is a brand new hotel. The carpet in our room looks brand new, and when I asked the receptionist if this is a new hotel she told me that it’s a 14 yr old business and it did not even go through a remodeling. Comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, a very clean bathtub with shower, with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel attached to the wall. The room is equipped with a functional small refrigerator and microwave. The AC & Heater unit is very silent and working properly

Location is convenient. Staff is fantastic. Parking lot well lit and feels safe with plenty of parking. Rooms, linens and towels are fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Hot breakfast is excellent (the lady that runs the breakfast is absolutely wonderful). No reason to ever stay anywhere else in Muskogee. Book your rooms.

I had an urgent need to conduct an impromptu business meeting, and Rebecca courteous, professional and responsive! She helped me get access to their conference facilities and helped ensure that I could conduct my meeting in a professional atmosphere!

The Fairfield Inn was attractive to me because the building looked clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere exuded a sense of elegant serenity becoming of the brand's parent company. Would most definitely visit here again.

One of the better hotels in Muskogee...very clean rooms, pleasant people at the counter and the breakfast was good. Jennifer in the buffet was the most helpful welcoming person I've ever seen in a hotel!

I love this hotel! The staff are so kind and welcoming! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious! They even gave me a free drink from the cooler in the lobby because of one minor problem that wasn't even a big deal! Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean. Service was friendly. Breakfast was good and they had good coffee! Bed was comfortable but pillows need an update.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was quiet. The executive king suite was a great set up with separate sitting area. Amazing value for the price! Highly recommend!

Our experience at the Fairfield in Muskogee could not have been better. I rather stupidly forgot my laptop, and didn't figure it out until we were too far to turn back. Mari Cruz at the front desk and the manager arranged to have my laptop over-nighted to our next stop! A huge inconvenience to them and we really appreciate it! Showed up the next day and works great. Service above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I didn't even stay here. I had a mix up with my reservation bc of hotel changing their name. The point is the front desk person Andee was friendly and so helpful without even asking. It was a long day and Andee was a cushion in an end of the day situation....I would love to actually stay here next time

I stayed here with about a dozen other relatives for a family reunion, or sorts. Our stay was just wonderful! The hotel staff couldn't have been more accommodating and patient with our group. We hung out in the common area every night, sometime until 1 am. The staff adjusted the music content and volume for us, and made fresh cookies! Rooms, laundry, pool and workout areas were very clean and well-stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay. Also have meeting rooms available. Only disappointment was the hot tub was not in service. Loved the patio at back of building for relaxing in the sun.

Been staying at this location for years while working in the area. Staff always does everything they can to make your stay better. They even set the breakfast out early just for our group so we can get some food before heading out to work. We always stay at least a week at a time. Rooms are clean and always stocked. Close to highway and even has an IHOP in front of it. QT across the street for quick gas fill ups.

I Would Absolutely Recommend This Hotel, Without Hesitation && It Is All Because Of The Wonderful Amy That Works At The Front Desk!!! Not Only Was She Able To Help Me Get The Room Booked, But I Called The Day Of To See If There Was Any Way That We Could Check In Sooner Because I Wasn't Feeling The Best && We Wanted To Have The Opportunity To Enjoy The Shower Before Going To Our Evening Activities. Not Only Did She Make That Happen, But She Went Above && Beyond, Even Having Us Already Checked In So That All We Had To Do Was Get The Key && Go Right Up To The Room Which Was BEAUTIFUL!!! Needless To Say, Staying Here && Meeting Amy Was Nothing Short Of An Absolute BLESSING!!! We Will Definitely Be Coming Back Here Because Of Her && If Anybody From Management Is Reading This Know That You Have An Incredible Employee && Please Make Sure That You Do Whatever It Takes To Take Care Of Her Because People Like Her Are Hard To Find.

Staff could not have been friendlier Kyla took great care of us and heard us talking about how we forgot our sharpie and she gave us one we will definitely return

Stayed 1 night for our anniversary after hitting the casino. Friendly desk staff. Super clean hotel, comfy bed. Modern. Breakfast buffet was great! Didnt use the shower so cannot comment on that. Easy parking, easy check in.

The hotel was beautiful! Clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast, but tasty. I'd definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean service is good and in my room the size of the bathroom was huge. If I'm ever back in the area this is the hotel I'll stay in I wasn't let down at all.

Stayed here one night for business. Booked over the phone the day before with a wonderful desk clerk! Very helpful and considerate of all my needs. I checked in after midnight with the front desk, it was a little awkward because no one was there when I walked in. Waited a few minutes not knowing what to do. Finally the staff member came rushing in from a smoke break out the back door. I didn't really appreciate that. But it wasn't a big deal. I was promptly checked in and the staff member was very polite and helped me.

I am thankful that the entire hotel is tobacco free. I can't stay in hotels that allow tobacco or pets. The halls, elevators, lobby, and my room were all very clean and beautiful.

Breakfast was surprisingly delicious with great selections for a vegetarian. The breakfast staff was pleasantly friendly!

Great location, comfortable beds, awesome water pressure in the shower, clean room, the ac works like a champ! The pool was very tiny, but better than nothing. I would definitely stay here again.
