Cape Fear Pharmacy & Compounding Center

Cape Fear Pharmacy has been compounding medications for my pet for the past 4 months and I'm totally satisfied with the service they provide and the ease of a prescription refill. They are conveniently located off of College Road with drive-through service if desired, and the pharmacy stays open M-F until 6 pm. Saturday hours are half day. Staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to answer all your questions. Definitely recommend.

Cape Fear Pharmacy and Compounding Center is the best!!! My doctors have messed up my prescriptions numerous times and Cape Fear Pharmacy employees have always been there to assist with and solve the problem for me. Rachel is incredible! She took an enormous amount of stress off of me before I go as going out of town. They remember your name, appreciate your business and value you as a customer. I will not go anywhere else!

My experience is this: Though I have met Karen Downing only over the phone, as a vendor to Independent and Compounding pharmacies, it does my heart good seeing all the positive comments from these reviews. When you've looked at as many reviews as I have, it can be very refreshing to find someone you are sure you would choose as your new pharmacy!

Wish I had found this place sooner! CVS was out of everything we needed. This place not only had it, but they have wonderful customer service. Feels great to be supporting a local business!

After Walmart decided to give a big slap in the face to law abiding firearm owners (followed by CVS & Walgreens jumping on that bandwagon) I decided I needed to support a LOCAL business for my needs. Looked at reviews and being close to both Wilmington Health and my house I decided to stop here after my latest Dr. visit.

Walked in the door and was immediately greeted and asked if I was picking up; I wasn't, but explained I was looking to transfer my prescriptions before they needed refilling and possibly the cost with the insurance I have. Everyone was very friendly & informative; it didn't take me long to decide! Nice looking place, friendly staff, close by location.. what more do I need?

Your pharmacist should be your best friend in so many ways, as the one who looks out for your health and your ability to pay for your medicine. This is why I love Cape Fear Pharmacy. The staff members treat me like family, they know my history, and they work so hard to make sure my medical needs are met. I will always trust Cape Fear Pharmacy with my health, and that says it all.

Cape fear Pharmacy has the most helpful staff and accommodating pharmacists. We have been customers for over 10 years, have moved a little farther away, but still go there as the service is unbeatable.

So easy to find and easy in and out. Filled my sister in-laws meds from out of state. They were awesome about it.
